The location was amazing. Staff were great and very helpful. We could store our bags when we arrived early, provided umbrellas for rainy days.
Our room had a fabulous view with a balcony. The location was an easy walk from the main square. There were no stairs to climb, except where the Taxi dropped us off and we had climb stairs to the hotel; I'm sure the staff would've assisted us if we needed, but we were fine with it. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very accommodating.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. Our room had a small window with a view of the sea, which was lovely, but the room itself was quite tiny and didn’t feel like great value for the price. That said, the staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, making sure all of my requests were taken care of.

Was located a few minutes walk from Capri city center, great views.
Was a bit of a hike to get to walking up hills or steep stairs but was worth the view.
All was perfect! We felt warmly welcome and safe. The room was clean and comfortable, the location and views of Capri and Vesuvio just perfect. Plus the host was so lovely and helpful. Fresh, great breakfast. Thank you for making our stay in Capri amazing!

It is a small and standard 3 star hotel. You just need to take the funicular to get to the hotel, otherwise the journey will be hardly ))). Breakfast is ok.
A staff was very kind and friendly. The room has a splendid view which we loved. The location, breakfast, cleanness, everything was amazing.
The air conditioner in the room was not well set up. It was quite hot. It’s the only negative thing I can come up with.
We booked the room with balcony. Beautiful view ?Comfortable bed, hot water in very cold weather. Loved our stay. Staff guided us about places open for dinner as it was off season and most places were closed.
