Hotel Mamela

The pool area is stunning! Very relaxing with great view!

A lot of work to get there from the Marina and back! If staying only one night, not advisable to book this hotel, especially if traveling with more luggage than a lightweight backpack!

The location is absolute perfection; walkable to everything.

Breakfast was just average. Drain in shower was clogged.

The property was clean and well located.

Well, we had a small glitch with the smell in the toilet

It was beautiful and a little out of the hustle and bustle

Some communication errors and the room had some issues with air con and water on floor

Exceptional common areas, including pool, pool lounge space, restaurant, views, etc. The hotel team was very professional, considerate, and helpful.

Location was good, pool was nice

Hot water was not very warm first 3 nights could not take a bath. Some noises outside room, bathrobes were advertised in booking but were missing in both rooms, air conditioner did not work well in kids room. We had a deluxe suite room was nice but on ground floor would have preferred a higher floor for the cost of the room.

Room size was too small for the price. There was a foul smell near our room the whole four days. Cover charge for hotel guests should be waived.

A colder relationship. There's no welcome or complimentary water, a dark bathroom, and no key card.

Great rooms (we booked a suite and it was fabulous). Beautiful pool area and great location

The location was fantastic with amazing views. The room was exquisite with our own balcony with views and loungers. The pool is one of the best- infinity with views of the sea and bubble jets all over. Amazing chairs and poolside vibes. Excellent place to relax and really enjoy Capri. Oh and our breakfast was included and it’s freaking amazing!!

Can’t say there’s much I didn’t like. Except a few things we requested a few items to the room that were forgotten or took a very long time.

The location, view and property was amazing.

They were not very helpful in getting to the property from the ferry and then wanted to charge us $80 a bag each way to & from the property to bring our bags to the ferry after charging over $800 a night for the stay....pretty petty!

Had our family together. Loved the pool/gathering areas. Rooms wonderful. Perfect location. Food exceptional. Staff was the best!

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Pool area is stunning. Complimentary flip flops and beach bag.

Communication could have been better before arrival and during our stay. Manager blamed booking.com notifications not working. Said I should have used WhatsApp. Food and drinks are very expensive. Small bottle of water is 4€. No complimentary water at all. No pricelist near minibar. Breakfast was good but for the price of this property, made to order eggs and omelette should be included and not 18€
