High end property on exeptional location and exellent staff.

Apart from the overall charge, we would not change anything even if we could.

The location is fantastic — it’s right next to the taxi stand, which makes getting around Capri so easy, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance, perfect for shopping. Even before our trip to Capri and throughout our stay, they helped us book beach clubs and restaurants. We contacted them frequently via WhatsApp with many requests, and they always replied incredibly fast — we’re so grateful!The hotel room was spacious, spotless, and had a terrace with a stunning view of both the village and the sea at the same time. Capri has many great hotels, but if you combine location, service, and room quality, this place is truly outstanding — highly recommended!

We were extremely surprised by our stay. One of the best, if not the best hotel in Capri. The staff are officially my favorite in any hotel all around the world. They were attentive, helpful, and extremely pleasant. They were like our Italian family in Capri. The rooms are massive! Even the smallest room is huge. They showed us a couple of rooms and we decided to upgrade to a bigger room, a duplex with a massive outdoor terrace. They ended up giving us a big discount since we were on our honeymoon. Not to mention the outdoor/terrace area was breathtaking and had an amazing view. I cannot wait to visit Capri again just to stay in the hotel. Sending love to the staff!

Beautiful new clean hotel with am amazing view! You can't get a better location than this. It's right in the middle of everything. I would not recommend staying at the hotels by the beaches. This is a better location and only an 18 minute walk to the beach.

Excellent hotel right new the main square and funicular. East access to shopping, dining and activities, Very nice lounge seating and bar by Main Street. Luxurious rooms with wonderful view of the bay of Naples. Directly adjacent to Prada store. Very helpful staff to obtain dining reservations or play activities.

The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The decor is great. The room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff were tremendously helpful and pleasant. There are only about 6-8 rooms, so the level of service was very high. The hotel was also very accomodating with our schedule and our needs for a shower on the day of our departure.

The hotel is not really complete. This winter, they will be adding a couple more rooms and a pool and other facilities. When this is done, the hotel will be perfect. Until then, it is less than perfect.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The room was impeccably designed. Teh layout was superb and the view from our baclony was incredible.The staff were so friendly, they treated you like family.

Location was perfect. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is served in rooms, there is no restaurant in the hotel. Only intercontinental breakfast is available included in room charge. And we found the selections very limited.

There were no facilities like a gym, swimming pool nor a spa… the gym that was partnered with the hotel and they recommended was by far the dirtiest gym I have ever been to and the hotel was extremely overpriced

Modern, clean room with everything you need. Spectacular view of the Capri and the sea. Service was excellent!

The location and view were fantastic. The room was very modern and extremely comfortable. The hotel is self is beautiful, staff is very friendly.

The staff was somewhat aloof. Always responsive for sure and very friendly in face to face interactions. Check in process seemed slightly rushed. I feel like there were amenities that we had no clue even existed. We were there for our honeymoon which we had told them but it was never acknowledged. They then asked us to come back for our anniversary, letting us know they were well aware we were celebrating a special occasion but they made no effort during our stay. Not a huge deal, just felt weird to say as we were checking out.

Thé location was PERFECT! It’s in the center you don’t have to worry about taking a taxi and when you need a taxi the taxi’s stop is literally around the corner! The room service and cleanliness was beyond amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we got a nice view in the Room. They even offer us to keep the luggage after our check out till our departure.I would like to thank Indira , Nunzia , Emanuel and Aniello for making our trip perfect and confortable. A place where I Will revisit again and book it again.
