Hotel Villa Sarah

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice swimming pool and the garden, but a bit outdated and a bit pricey.

It was well maintained and the people were so friendly and helpful. So close to the town centre and their breakfast was always fresh.

Coming from Boston, Massachusetts I was skeptical when booking this boutique I had not heard of in Capri. It was rated as a 3 star, however, having stayed at many 5 and now 6 star resorts, I can comfortably state that this resort is far more than any 3 star resort. Let me start off by saying the staff were phenomenal; from start to finish- booking my trip until the day we left Capri- the staff made my family and I feel just like part of their family. They even helped with getting our luggage from the ferry to the villa. Safety is a concern for me when we travel- WE FELT SAFE. The rooms were impeccably clean and the air conditioning and television worked perfectly. The food they served was delicious. Such a beautiful boutique hotel with a great pool. Thank you Hotel Villa Sarah... you made my children's first trip to Capri amazing. We will see you again!

Fantastic staff, they were extremely welcoming. Room very clean and zero noise during our stay.

Hotel is located uphill so might be tricky to get there when a little bit tired.

It was high on the mountain with beautiful views. It was quiet and serene. Lovely property with great pool. Daily buffet breakfast with great service. Concierge service 24 hours per day

The swimming pool is very nice. The staff are very friendly. There is a supermarket close to the hotel. There is also a nice restaurant near it.

The shower water was not hot enough (I turned the temperature to the highest, but the water was still not hot enough after three minutes); the electric system seems outdated (the power in my room went off twice when I plugged in the charger for my computer). The room smells a bit dusty. It would be better if there were more choices of pastries at the breakfast.

The family running the hotel were lovely and very welcoming. The pool was fantastic after a hot day sightseeing and great for our son.

The staff was super friendly and helpful!!The location was very good, close to the center of Capri but not too touristic. The room is 'vintage' but was comfortable and very clean.

The walls of the room are not very well insulated, there was a lot of noise of the hallway and the other rooms.

The property was gorgeous, with fruit trees countless plants and a pool! It had everything we needed and felt like the italian villa we had imagined. The staff was incredible. We had various unexpected obstacles come up (changed flights, delayed/cancelled ferries, etc) and the staff supported and assisted us through it all. They supported us in finding local things to do, making restaurants reservations and more. It felt as though we were invited to join the family for a week. We will only ever stay here when in Capri!!!!

Friendly welcoming staff. I can’t recommend the hotel enough! Yes it’s up a hill but worth it! Buffet breakfast pastries were particularly tasty! Lovely swimming pool, fresh but after 29 degrees it was lovely!

The staff at Villa Sarah went beyond, informative and accommodating! We are early risers, and we were able to get a coffee before official breakfast hours. Very clean hotel in a charming historic neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The staff was excellent, genuinely helpful and nice whenever we needed reservations for restaurants or any help.The hotel and facilities were very tidy.

The standard room was quite small as we had to squeeze our luggage into a corner by the bed to make it fit.

Most pleasant family-run hotel, with very kind and helpful staff (all members of the family that owns/runs the place).The whole teams makes you feel at home.

Excellent breakfast- freshly squeezed juice-cappuccino, croissants or toast fruit eggs cereal etc. The coffe is prepared and served to you at your table and the rest is available in a lovely buffet. Outdoor seating by the pool and garden.

The property is some ways from the port and the hills to access were tiresome in the heat

It is located away from the crowds. It has a great pool and gardens. Staff is very nice and helpful, even helped us practice our Italian. Nice breakfast option to sit outside next to the pool.

The pedestrian pathway from the main town has a grade. Be sure to take the higher pathway to get there.

Good location and great value for money on Capri. Great pool and the staff were very kind and helpful. Standard room is quite small with no balcony but if you’re out and about all day it’s a non issue. Would stay again

The property was nice, with a good view

The rest of the staff were lovely but we had terrible experiences communicating with a particular staff member that frankly ruined parts of the trip (although capri is wonderful, i would recommend a different property)

Staff were very friendly, the swimming pool was good. Room view was good too.

Location was very bad. You should walk up the hill to reach the property . Every day reaching there was difficult.
