The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, but the other positives made up for it.

It is a very old hotel but that is the charm. Expect little shower. View amazing and location ideal and very quiet. Lovely Italian breakfast. Owners so nice and we were able to leave our luggage and check in early

Old building and rooms are completely outdated, renovation is needed. Also there was a nasty smell in the staircase and the bathroom. In the reception area there was a strong smell of dogs and cigarettes. I know Capri is a very expesive island and the price is reasonable fair compared to other accommodations but serving crackers wtih jam for breakfast is not done. That is not what to expect for breakfast. No bread, no savory sandwich toppings, just crackers, butter and jam. O yes, there were dry cakes to choose from and a coffee was made for you on request. But this was out of proportion to the general disappointment for the non-breakfast. This hotel made me feel like a cheap youth hostel, although the price was a bit higher than what you would pay for a hostel. ;-) So never again in this 'hotel'.

Location is really great , amazing view from the room

It’s rather a really old hotel with some renovation required . Personnel was really nice and friendly although there was sort of cigarettes smell at reception.

Lovely traditional hotel just outside the centre of Capri town. Only a few minutes walk to everything but away from the crowds. Lovely staff and really nice sitting on the terrace for breakfast with sea views.

Super friendly staff, very welcoming and made me feel at home. Location - right in the centre of Capri. as a single female I felt safe at all times and was very close to walk to nearest attractions and the main square, restaurants, shopping and transport links- funicular, bus stop taxi etc. Stunning view from the bfast terrace and even from a small terrace in my room

I booked the last room available so can’t complain-Was glad to have it and even with a small terrace overlooking the sea :) The bathroom could benefit with a little upgrade and thicker towels but can’t complain for the price! And the room was charming overall.

Beautiful building in a great location with beautiful views. Staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay perfect.

Wonderful, friendly host. Nice breakfast with a view. We had a beautiful view from the big terrace off our room. We were very pleased.

The property gave us a room upgrade without asking for it. The view was amazing, together with the terrace. I have really appreciated the gift. Staff was extremely friendly and location great, walking distance from main square but in a quiet and lovely street.

The hotel has a great potential but should be restyled and refurbished.

the staff and location are great. and our patio with a view was amazing! note that this property is located quite far up on the hill so make sure you know you will always be walking back uphill and on foot.

they allowed smoking inside the building and the towels and sheets were not very soft. also there is not much offered in the way of in room amenities. toiletries, coffee etc
