Close to city center.

Shower water gets everywhere. Initial room provided was not room reserved (no real sea view- blocked by trees). Cleaning service came in when do not disturb sign was on the door and left balcony door open when we were out. No dinner service on premises

Small issue with flying and biting bugs within the room. Sliding door was always kept closed.

Beautiful and quiet location. Easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a beautiful hotel and a wonderful pool. And a good location. it’s very quiet and not crowded. The breakfast was excellent and we loved the staff!

We love it that this place is very central….not a far walk to the town main piazza and only approximately 1200 steps to the beach in Marina Piccola. If you are traveling light, which we usually do, you can just take the funicolare from Marina Grande for about 2,50 euros and walk to the hotel (again advisable for light travelers) as opposed to 25-35 Euros for a 5 minute taxi ride. The staff, especially Norberto, has been greatly welcoming and kind. He gave us an upgraded room and a bottle of champagne on the night we arrived after learning how far we have travelled and that we were celebrating our anniversary ?

Although there is an ocean view from our balcony, we do not have a direct view of the Fraglioni Rocks….but that didn’t really affect our stay.

Hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. Staff was very friendly and attentive. It was a bit pricey, but this is Capri and it's an expensive island. We also booked during the high season so this may have affected the price. The hotel was centrally located in Capri and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. I also love that it included breakfast since meals on the island can be pricey.

Could not find the entrance to the hotel as we did not know which pathway to take off of the street. A few more signs would be nice.

It was in a good location.

It wasn’t clean and the staff weren’t changing the linens daily. The staff in the cleaning service were also not very friendly. Wi-Fi was very spotty and we had 2 to 3 days of no Wi-Fi during the day, seemed like it somewhat worked at night, but it was a flip a coin if we had any at night.

Great location, close to Marina Picola and to the street where we can catch a taxi and walk to the Funicolare station.

Staff was very nice

It’s a good hotel, but the rooms and bathrooms didn’t feel clean. The sunbeds by the pool were especially dirty.

Great hotel to stay in Capri. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. My wife and I spent a night here for our honeymoon and we were gifted a bottle of prosecco they were so carrying. We loved our hotel even more than Capri. We recommend this hotel a 100% it’s the best in Capri. Thank you so much for this magical night.

Amazing! We wanted to stay one more day if we had more time!They upgraded our room with a beautiful room which has sea view. Breakfast and especially the coffee is really good!Hotel staff was very helpful, felt like home!

Everything was so good!

We loved the swimming pool, pool bar and sea views. A porter transported our luggage to the hotel as it’s situated down a steepish hill which is typical on Capri. Very spacious room with a fabulous view, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Friendly guests too. (Nothing to do with the hotel, but check the price of a taxi from Marina Grande to the hotel. Apparently you shouldn’t be paying more than €25-€30! We were overcharged!) ?

We liked everything.

We loved the suite we stayed in. Great pool area and bar. Breakfast was lovely and hotel staff were polite and friendly.
