Location is good.

The bed was two double beds together that separated in the middle and you could slip through. Also, not very comfortable mattress or pillows.

Great location. Loved the pool and the views from the hotel.Disappointed with the thin walls and being able to hear both neighbors through the walls. The staff was amazing!!!

We didn’t like the thin walls and being able to hear other guest’s conversations and taking showers early in the morning

The pool and the view were gorgeous. Our room overlooked a local music or art center and we got to hear some beautiful music. Great 4 star hotel.

Some areas smelled like smoke- but that’s a European thing.

The hotel and the room were beautiful. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location was great, very central to the main square in Capri. The views from the room were stunning and less than a 5 min walk to Giardini di Augustus and Via Krupp.

Location and room view were perfect, everyone was very nice…

For given price, i would at least expect that someone checks our fridge and refills it with water while it’s 40degrees outside… same goes for coffee. House maintenance was done very late, around 16pm and I found that a bit strange because we would return to the room and it still wasn’t cleaned..also, the door were pretty much impossible to lock which is kinda weird but the reception was working 0-24 so it’s didn’t feel unsafe…

We had a room just above the pool, which had a lovely view and a nice balcony. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and snacks since our baggage hadn't arrived from the Ferry Port yet. Staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was PERFECT! So much variety - fresh fruits, juices, eggs, bacon, deli meats, cheeses. We are still thinking about the breakfast. Coffee is included even though they ask you for your room #. We wish we knew this, as we thought we were being billed for coffee. Location was GREAT - away from the main ferry port, but very close to the Natural Arch to walk/hike and explore, and be away from tourist/crowds.

If you get a king bed, it was 2 twins pushed together so you can feel a crease in the middle of the bed.

During our two-night stay, we experienced an early morning 5 am disturbance on our second night, which was not ideal for our last night in Capri. Due to potential disturbance, we recommend avoiding the garden rooms below the pool. Despite this, we found the hotel to be generally nice. We brought this issue to the staff's attention, but unfortunately, no compromise was offered.

Outstanding all around. Staff were extremely attentive, room was spacious and beautifully designed with private patio. The views from the pool and terrace area are lovely - the perfect place to spend the afternoon. Excellent location and great breakfast buffet. Can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast was amazing. So was the pool, bar and common areas. Everything was gorgeous and well maintained. The staff took great care of us!
