The staff is very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate they supported us with all of our requests. The room is well equipped. Air conditioning worked perfectly... specially in August when outside was 38 degrees. Breakfast was really good. In general, we were satisfied with our choice.

It has a small parking garage but there is a big public parking lot in front of the hotel which is free.

Outstanding staff, very friendly & helpful. Made diner reservations for us & escorted us to the restaurant, which had fantastic local cuisine.

This was mainly a stopover for us, but it was good, clean, easy parking and GREAT breakfast!We had a pizza for dinner just 5 minutes walking which was amazing!Just a overall good hotel, would recommend for stopovers.

Good size of room and bathroom, comfortable bed, easy to find, good view from balcony.

The hotel is located next to a quite busy road, the passing by traffic is very noisy even in the night, in particular the early morning. It's difficult to sleep some time because of the noise.

Older but very clean accomodation. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with good coffee. Comfortable parking in hotel's garage. Old vintage equipment, especially elevator with beautiful floor indicators...

- The room was very very noisy! We couldnt sleep all night (even with earplugs) and we couldnt keep up with the rest of our trip the next day for that reason. If you are on the road and need a good night sleep, dont stay in this hotel. - The breakfast. - It is very expensive for what it is. - The mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable.

First of all kudos to the staff. From check-in to showing the rooms, to breakfast and check-out, everything was beyond our expectations. True friendliness and helpfullness made this stay surprisingly pleasant. The hotel breakfast is good, nothing outstanding but good quality and plentiful. Rooms have a good size, and we had a balcony and bathroom accessoires (soap, shampoo etc.). Bonus: you could darken the windows completely. The staff took good care of CoVid rules, what we certainly appreciated.

The hotel is a bit dated. The location at the street allows some noise to get into the room. Also, the doors let in some noise from the hallway which is annoying in the morning. The beds were somehow uncomfortable: very hard mattress and pillows. Not to our taste.

Nice people, warm hospitality, good breakfast and great location for stopping over. Incredible Etruscan Museum in the walking distance and really nice natural hot water spa nearby..
