The staff is wonderful. Great location. Nice clean room. Outstanding breakfast. Free parking. Close walk to center of old town.

It was super clean. Walking distance to the beautiful old town and restaurants.Breakfast buffet is amazing. Every day a new delicious surprise. All the stuff were very accommodating and friendly. They definitely go the extra mile for the customers. We can highly recommend it.

The owner is a professional and a very nice person, very helpful and willing to help with anything needed.The hotel has a free private parking. Breakfast is very good and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

We loved the hospitality of the staff. Andrea was wonderful and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay and we highly reccmmend Santa Caterina. Breakfast was delicious , specially homemade sweets. We will for sure visit them again.

There was nothing to not like

It was our last day of the trip. we arrived pretty late. The staff was amazing both on arrival even though it was pretty late and in the morning was very nice even though it was very early. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was big and equipped with al the needed facilities. Clean, nice, but unfortunately our stay was very short. We'll keep this hotel for the next time for sure.

Very good location. 5-10 min walk to old town. The owner and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Not got a bad word to say about the place and would 100% stay there again

This hotel was by far the best part of our northern Italy vacation. The hotel itself is spotless! The front patio and sitting areas on the ground floor are perfect for hanging out with fellow travelers. The on-site restaurant is phenomenal, both breakfast and dinner were not only convenient, but incredibly tasty - Fabio is absolutely masterful in the kitchen! There aren't enough words to express how amazing Andrea was during our stay. We are forever in his gratitude for his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make us comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Super cute hotel!! The owner is very very friendly and sweet. We needed gluten-free bread for the breakfast and he served muffins, cookies and bread handmade. Also the breakfast was just amazing, hand-made vegan croissants and so many special things! The hotel is close to Montepulciano and quiet, with a big parking lot. Highly recommend!!

convenient location.A cute small old town nearby.Stuffs are kind.Bed is comfortable,break is good especially the sweet things.And very clean,balcony views are good. Room has good isolation.Anyway is a very valuable hotel.

Everything was ok. Breakfast perfect, our bikes stored in a bike garage. Staff helpfull and kind. Room clean and like new. Recommended hotel

Location friendly staff. Very good breakfast

It was a hot day and the room was hot. We wanted to use the balcony, but that switched off the A/C. We were only given one card key, which had to be in the slot for the A/C to work. So when we came back from dinner to go to bed the room was very hot. This aspect was a bad design and did spoil our stay a bit.The room furniture and the bathroom were very dated. However it wasn’t an expensive Hotel.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is very good.

The shower temperature was unstable.

It was easy and comfortable. We booked on our way and arrived in the evening. Very nice staff and delicious breakfast.Parking place was full but they could accommodate our car for the night. Not a problem actually.
