This is not a normal hotel is a B&B and is not stated on the reservation page, I never stayed at a B&B and was not planning on doing that but was late and needed a bed to sleep on, please update your system . Regarding this place

We really liked the warm welcome and the attention provided by the reception, especially Chris and Petra.

Very friendly staff, easy access with free parking. Good breakfast!

Needs some renovation on the rooms decoration to be more modern but everything was in good condition and worked properly.

FABULOUS location, kind & accommodating staff, very clean & old world elegant… pool was amazing after our long drive…

long way to the room and in the room you hear everything from the neighbors, very bad isolation. we had a very bad experience with the very noisy neighbors next door: vulgar, without education and not consideration at all. the staff was forced to call the carabinieri.

the view from the balcony of our room, the massage, the restaurant (menu choice) both for breakfast and dinner. Security measures for CORONA and very friendly personnel.

The furniture is old fashion. It is a big hotel.

Great facilities, great spa in the hotel. Great service: they allowed us to check out 40 min later than expected, so that we could enjoy the spa and get ready.

A bit old furniture but more than adequate for the price. It created a unique vibe, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing:)

Beds (2 single Beds pushed together) and bedding not so great. Old fashion blankets. A quilt or duvet would have been nicer. No kettle in Room. Shower stall is a rather small

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant.

You need.to book a table till 8p.m. in the hotel restaurant if you want dinner - it's not a big problem, but it's unusual.

Good location and all round a good hotel.

The room we had was pre-makeover. It was very run down compared to the other rooms the rest of our group had. We were the only ones in the corridor like it so think it was just bad luck.

Comfortable, decent size room, bed was comfortable, nice enough but stuck in the 80's though the decor and To be fair to the hotel, my mistake that I thought the facilities (pool&spa)were included, it isn't, extra charge...it does say, but I was miffed with myself. I wouldn't have stayed to be honest hadn't I already paid.

Dated rooms

Well situated for what we needed and had parking.

We had 3 rooms, one of the rooms was very run down and quite clearly hadn’t been updated like the others

The room was very spacious and has a huge balcony with an outstanding view. Also we enjoyed a great and rich breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly as well.

The cleanliness was very nice and the patio was a good extension to the room.

The mattress could be a bit firmer ( maybe just preference) the pillows need to be better.

Very nice and very quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean but basic

No breakfast until 07:30. Can be a bit late for people travelling on business.

Location is good with big parking lot, the room is big with nice terrace, and breakfast was very good.

Old hotel and furniture but not bad.
