    Pros +

    • The room was ample for elderly people with disabilities.
    • Highly recommended. Clean, neat, comfortable beds, pillows, blankets. Awesome shower. The staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. The place is as described and pictures.
    • Clean, spacious and friendly staff

    Cons -

    • The male receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Twice I had to wait for him to finish his personal calls to ask for assistance (while I was standing right in front of him) and he spoke to me more rudely than anyone has ever spoken to me in the service sector. I also work in the service sector and was literally speechless at how rudely he spoke to me as if I were a vagrant he was shooing away from the hotel. Unbelievable!
    • The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Not horrible but probably on it's way out. The only other thing I can say was that the breakfast was mostly sweet ( but nothig wrong with that) and that if you want a pool and a resteraunt this is not the place for you - but you should know that from the description.
    • Wasn’t the cleanest, furniture old, took about 5 minutes to get warm water, air conditioner working for a solid 5 minutes

It was simply the cleanest place I have ever stayed, the room and bathroom were spotless and watching the staff wipe down a table in the resteraunt I can see why.We were lucky to be on the top floor and had a wonderful view from our room. The quirkiness of the decor was also very charming and days after arrival we were still noticing new details. All in all it was an excellent value for money.

Great staff. The lady with the lovely ringlets on reception could not have been kinder as was the waitress at breakfast. There was a wide choice of breakfast dishes, both savory and sweet. The hotel is pretty close to the old town and really close to the 'Terme' and we were able to park on site which is always a plus.

Great staff - always with smile, good location - the area has great views on Tuscan hills, in the area there are many restaurants etc. Tasty breakfast with eggs, different cakes, coffee etc.

Nice hotel, located a bit off the city centre, which in my opinion is convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast provided as buffet with a lot of options (some vegetables would be nice though). Good wi-fi. Clean rooms, with air conditioning and a fridge, not so big, but guests can use terrace in front of the enterrance.

Amazing location, breathtaking view from bedroom window with a perfect sunset and a perfect sunrise. The room was super clean, big enough to fit 2 people and good for a pitstop while you're road tripping around. Great value for money and for what you get. The bathroom is very clean and has everything you need. There was even parking spots under the building which was ideal for us. Very quiet and peaceful area. Recommended!

I think the whole hotel in general is a little bit outdated if you compare it to the images you see on the website. Obviously a lot of things seemed used/worn out, but it was totally fine for us! You cannot open the window to your room because huge bugs will enter. I think someone came in and closed our window while we were away. Breakfast was ok, coffee was not good, but definitely fair for the price we were paying!

    Good

The breakfast was in form of a buffet but due to COVID we couldn’t take by ourself what we wanted. We had to ask personnel to bring us something. For us it was very strange because we could walk with the “waiter” and see all the things. We waited too long for a coffee. We felt like we need to ask a few times for the same things. If you are doing that in that form the “waiters” should ask guests if they can bring them something. In other way it is weird and uncomfortable. We asked for a double bed and we receive 2 single beds combined together. We didn’t like the gap between them very much. The hotel have its own private parking but there was no option to reserve a place. It was not okay for me because it was the first time in our 2 week travel in Italy. In the evening it was full and then the only option would be to park on the street. That shouldn’t work that way. You can charge extra for the parking (up to 10 EUR), but we should be able to reserve a parking place.

The hotel had everything you need. It was clean, well located and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Our room was a little outdated (furnishings). But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was nice and location is ok

Too much of disinfectants everywhere. Even the glasses at the breakfast filled with juice tasted like drinking a disinfectant...they follow the rules, but obviously way too strict
