Excellent location. Excellent hotel with great breakfast, staff and overall experience

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent customer service. Very nice breakfast. Clean, simple, elegant rooms and bathrooms. Slippers are a nice touch. Location is excellent, short walk to center, felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Limited reserved parking on side street of property.

Perfect location, in the middle of town. The staff members were exceptional, very welcoming.

One tiny inconvenience. We had to close the doors to the terrace because yellow jackets kept coming in to our room.

Lovely hotel with a relaxed vibe and a friendly atmosphere. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and the breakfast is well presented. The room was very quiet, and our bed was very comfortable.

Nice location, very clean, good breakfast

No privacy, you can hear everything from next rooms. No soundproof so sleeping is not pleasant.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful. Very professional but very authentic. She answered all our questions and made us feel good about being at the hotel and about being in pienza. Highest possible recommendation.

Unfortunately, jacuzzis are just accessible if the weather permits. Hours of breakfast were a bit shorter than originally communicated, but for the rest no major issues.

All was comfortable and clean, location was ideal. There was a noise outside at night beeping when the window was open.

Fantastic hotel in Pienza. We loved the feel of the hotel and it is literally within minutes of local attractions and restaurants. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was exceptional.

The woman at reception (Simoneta?) Is the most competent receptionist I have ever met. She is smart, efficient, and personable. She answered all our questions and went out if her way to make sure we were happy. Highest possible praise.

Perfect Stay! ✨?️We requested a valley view room and woke up to breathtaking scenery—absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel offered a delicious and plentiful breakfast.Another great plus: it’s just a 5-minute walk to the city center. Highly recommend! ?

The only downside was the hot tub water, which wasn’t warm enough and had some floating residues.

Everything was great. The staff was very nice, the room super comfortable and silent. Very nice the breakfast.

The location of the property is excellent, just 150 meters away from the old town. The room is spacious and clean.

No air condition, they switched it off because it was November, but the days we were there the temperature was 26/27 degrees and the room was really warm, they said that they can’t switch it on and they gave us a ventilator, which was not enough to cool the room. Parking is a problem as they keep the reserve parking for the coaches, hence the 4/5 parking spaces dedicated for the cars, is being kept free only for the coaches.

Location, kind staff, clean rooms!

The hotel is in a great location just outside the old town, so it was both quiet and convenient. The receptionist was very helpful indeed, booking dinner reservations for us both in Pienza and San Quirico, and organising a taxi to take our bags on ahead. There is a lift!

Be careful at the bottom of the stairs - it's a bit deceptive and I nearly tripped!

Very nice hotel,very close to the center of Pienza ,200 meters . The junior suites are very nice ,big ,clean ,they have a small balcony and with all the facilities you need . The hotel restaurant offers only breakfast ,which is very good ,sweet and salty products,coffee,juices,tea . There is also a beautiful terrace and jacuzzi at the 1 st floor . The hotel has elevator. There are parking places and also a garage for the cars . Sometimes the parking can be full ,but they find a solution . The reception staff are very helpful and friendly,I thank them and I’m sorry I forgot their names ,but they helped us with everything we asked for and also I thank Michaela ,the housekeeper. The staff also suggested us some places to visit and also restaurants in and around Pienza . It was a beautiful stay for us ,when we will come another time we will stay definitely here and we recommend this place .
