simple braekfast. beutifull view. nice location, a lot of resturants.

i rent an electric Bicycle and the brakes was broken. the wall was thin. the shower was medium size.

Cute property within walking distance to town centre. Amazing views in the morning and at sunset, generous and cosy breakfast.

The heating was nice but we woke up at night due to very low fresh air as the heating dried our sinuses up and sadly we did not think ahead to leave the window open even just a tiny bit for the night.Small shower cubicle makes you touch cold shower walls while showering which is not pleasant.

Location was excellent. We had a private balcony and parked in a secure garage under the hotel. Our bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a ten plus, sooooo good. Staff was very accommodating, making sure we enjoyed our stay in every way.

We did have some bees buzzing around while we were enjoying our breakfast on the terrace, but just finished our dining inside that morning. Not a big deal…

The location, view and breakfast

They said there was parking, but a tour bus in the driveway and a car owned by staff made it unsafe to pass. No parking in the vicinity in public lots was allowed to non residents.

-The location! 5 min walk to historical centre of Pienza and overlooking the Tuscan rolling hills <3-Fridge in the room (bottled water placed inside is not complementary)-Parking facilities (though limited underground parking is not lowered-car friendly)-Pretty good breakfast actually, some savoury and sweet options, with 2 beverages per person included in the price

-The walls are too thin and neighbours were upset when we came home after 22:00 one night-Parking spaces underground are limited and not lowered-car friendly-No kettle in the room-Water in the room is NOT complementary, which after 3 weeks of travelling in Italy came as a little shock-The hotel is a little outdated, but clean and fully functional

It is really close to Pienza old center with an amazing view. The rooms are very clean and new.

The location is great, with an amazing sunrise overview.Parking is accessible. I could fit a long sedan with ease.The Wifi is excelent (100+ mbps), with a stable connection.The room has a large desk.Breakfast is very good, with many choices.

Location is awesome. Especially if you get valley view room. The day we came the lady who greeted us was very helpful and welcoming.

It is a family run hotel so keep in mind if you have any concerns you have to ask them for resonse before 8 pm. It is not a dislike but rather something for clients to keep in mind.

Everything was simply “wow”! The hosts were incredibly kind, they waited for us even though we were late for check-in due to traffic. The location is perfect. It’s right on the edge of Pienza, which gave us privacy and the peace and quiet we were looking for during our vacation.The most important thing for us was cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning staff came every single day.Breakfast was also excellent and we truly appreciated that they offered plant-based milk, not just the regular one.We’re leaving with the most beautiful memories and truly hope to come back soon ?

The location was absolutely perfect. Can walk right into town. It had parking which was a bonus. The included breakfast was great and had the best view to enjoy it with! The receptionist made us an excellent dinner recommendation as well which helped make our stay even better.

I have not words to say who please I was with this hotel location, view, and service.The hotel had breakfast included with a beautiful view of the Val d'OrciaThe hotel staff is very friendly and cares for the guests.I strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in the Pienza area.

Beautiful view of the valley, and convenient location as well as free parking. The breakfast was great!

Great location in Pienza very easy walk to everything. The room had a spectacular view of the fabulous Tuscan countryside. The breakfast was excellent and was in a room with similar incredible views. The free parking at the hotel was a special bonus.

My only complaint was about the very loud arrival of people at 2:00 in the morning. Not the hotel’s fault except maybe need for better sound proofing between rooms.

The views were unbelievable. We loved the location, being right in town, but also having the quaintness of the Tuscan hills on the other side.

Perfect location and very helpful staff

Cleanliness- bathroom smelled of urine. Looks like the room hasn't been used and cleaned for a while given the low season

Everyone and everything was perfect, what really stood out was the complementary breakfast, it was delicious. The hostess was on it as well, whenever anything was even close to getting low she would replenish it. 10/10 service.

Nothing, a perfect little spot with a great staff.

All the staff were very kind. We took a taxi, so at check-in they advised us on how to get back and arranged a car for us. We could see the valley from our room and the breakfast was delicious! thank you very much.

The room was warm and comfortable, but I was a little disappointed that I woke up several times in the middle of the night to loud noises, probably from the boiler.
