Location was excellent, just a short walk from historic Pienza centre. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a range of delicious fresh items.

Despite the bathroom being large the shower was tiny and not very good at all. It's a shame the bar wasn't open in the evening for drinks.

Bed was horrible, old mattress that had a eggcrate foam mattress topper and sagged.

Luca provided excellent customer service and the hotel had great amenities, including free wi-fi and a delicious breakfast. The hotel was just a short walk to the city center.

Although there was a bar, it was never open.

Luca the owner was very kind and helpful and gave us the best advices for dinner or what to do.We really enjoyed the stay here. It is a family run hotel and you really feel it. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is located very good in Pienza.Next time we come, we will certainly stay here again.

The only thing which would had been annoying is the sound of the A/C it was when it was on very loud and gave sounds where you couldn’t sleep, but luckily it cold down at night and no A/C was needed.

The best thing about this small boutique hotel is Lucca, the man who runs it. He is so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is very good. There is a lot of outdoor seating with umbrellas for either very sunny or inclement weather. It is located a few meters outside of the main town center. Most of all, there is free on-site parking, which, if you have ever been in Pienza, is great, as parking is at a premium here. There is also a pool that is very clean with crystal clear water.

Very accommodating staff given we arrived late by bike and needed to have breakfast early so we could head off early again. Thank you.

Very comfortable, quiet modern hotel. Parking on-site and easy. A short flat walk into the old part of Pienza. The breakfast buffet was good. Pienza is a cute, small old town and the walking is flat.

We stayed on a Tuesday night and nearly all the restaurants in town were booked out when we started looking at 8pm. We didn't start eating until 9.30.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the historical centre, there is a free parking as well. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly and very helpful.

Well located hotel in Pienza with a great breakfast full of local foods clean rooms and a pleasant staff. Easy parking, good WIFI, and a pool! We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and evening strolls in the old town.
