Pleasant staff, free parking on the premises, air conditioning, spacious rooms, very clean, excellent location, delicious included breakfast. Wonderful hotel!

Very nice hotel with a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very respectful, and always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. One small suggestion: it would be great to add more variety to the breakfast, especially more cheese options for non-meat eaters who prefer savory items.

Everything great , polite staff spacious and clean bedrooms, rich breakfast and excellent decoration all over the hotel . Close to historical center.

Excellent location with secure parking. Great breakfast, and restaurant for dinner was surprisingly good.

Beautiful property and very nice and accommodating staff. The location is perfect. We booked two rooms for our family of five and it was a nice way to give my wife and I some privacy but still feel our kids were safe next door. The restaurant is very good and breakfast is tasty and convenient. The wait staff were also super friendly.

The only ding (if there was one) was the lack of shower curtains in the tub, though, I know that is common in many places in Europe. I guess I just like to take showers without the stress of possibly flooding the bathroom! :)

Room was two separate rooms and very nice. Bathroom was excellent and roomy. Location was walkable to shops and sights. Beautiful view of the Val D'orcia. Parking was excellent.

Super friendly staff. The room was not only big - is was gigantic. Splendid location just at the entrance to the old city. Very nice breakfast with a great sellection of savoury food as for Italian standards.

we were a little disappointed to know The AC was t on and the pool not open yet 6-1-23.

We arrived early and there was no-one at reception, but we left the car out front and went for a stroll around the old town of Pienza. The hotel has underground parking, which is great-there is a charge for it though.Staff were polite and professional. There was a gift in the room for our dog Daisy and the place was spotless. The room was a good size and very comfy . The open fire in reception was warm and welcoming. The location, just opposite the gates to Pienza did not give the amazing views you would find within the walls, but I imagine that, in high season, it would be lovely to get away from the crowds. The breakfast was good and the dinner in the restaurant was tasty!

Shower could use a shower guard so the water stays inside the tub but this is difficult to retro install maybe but ok

The breakfast was amazing. Loved the pool. Top-rate service and beautiful, spacious accommodations.

The parking area underneath is very tight. Some other guests took too much space. Be very careful to avoid the columns.
