Brit Hotel Bosquet Carcassonne Cité

Breakfastr

Some rude staff

The woman at reception (owner?) in the evening and again at breakfast was especially nice.

Basic accommodation done right. Super friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Free parking, basic but clean room

Thin walls between rooms so quite a lot of noise from other guests. Very complex local road network so not much good for walking anywhere.

LAst minute booking but made easy and were able to accommodate limited mobility guests. Friendly staff and great location .

Nothing rally. The hotel was great value for money and offered what we needed.

Free parking secured with gate that closes after 10pm. WiFi is good.

Bad

Altough paiement was processed, acces was refused because of no one at front office After 10pm. Industry standard is to give access to a Key box for late arrival. Shocking behaviour, first Time in more than 10 years of regular Booking.com usage of this happening to me. Well below industry standards ...

two ladies on reception have a lot of character, room is spacious, clean, all you need, breakfast very good

looks a little old when you first work in, carpet in the corridors

Friendly, helpful staff. Secure storage for.my bike

Small.roomNo dinnner

It was clean and conveniently located in Carcassonne. The bathroom had been renovated and was lovely. There was secure on site parking. A nice boulangerie is located very close and McDonald’s is across the road.

I would have liked a small fridge in the room but that is not a complaint.

Breakfast was adequate and good selection, price was fair and staff very helpful

The hotel is what is for the price.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, close to the old city.

Very noisy from hallway and next-door-guest noise.

I paid extra for breakfast - it was very good. Nice staff that provided good service.

Great value for stay, convenient location. Reasonable room with surprisingly comfortable bed.

Clean, standard, reasonable sized room with sofa as well as bed, quiet area out of town, near MC Donald’s.Great to have a bath in the bathroom and a kettle in the bedroom. Friendly staffGood wifi

By main roads - not in town

Cleaning hotel, kind atmosphere and nice people

Doesn’t have elevator

Basic clean room with good friendly welcoming staff

The hotel was well located for people with cars. It has free parking and is easily accessed from the main street. The room was clean and well-kept, comfortable. We had the double rooms (two bedrooms and one bathroom) although we were two people, and liked the extra room very much.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Good location.

The rooms are not sound insulated. The air conditioner was old and noisy but functioned well.

Staff were friendly and helpful.property was good value

It was a bit of a walk to centre
