The location is excellent. The view was very nice. Free parking at the hotel was a big plus. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room had air conditioning.

The room and bathroom were very small and if we had suitcases instead of carry-on luggage it would not have fit.

The location is excellent, it is about five minutes walk away from the Narbonne gate of the old city. The breakfast buffet was good value for the money.

The bathroom was one of the modern designs where there is frosted glass window to the room. This meant that it was impossible to go to toilet in the middle of the night and turn on the light without waking the other occupant up.

Proximity to a site and the receptionists very friendly

The breakfast lady was herself having breakfast around the guests one hour after breakfast opened. She looked like she got out of bed without washing. I found this very unprofessional

It has no elevador to the second floor. Staff were very helpful carrying luggage upstairs but guests with mobility issues may find it challenging

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the castle and the medieval city. The room was simple but very clean, well-ventilated, and perfectly dark at night, which made for a great night’s sleep. What really stood out was the staff’s attention and follow-up — they were thoughtful, kind, and genuinely cared that everything was perfect. A lovely and comfortable place to stay — I’d definitely come back!

The breakfast was simple yet nutritious, though a bit more variety would make it even better.

a little tight on space

This hotel is very close to the castle, in a walking distance. You can see it from the window if you face that direction. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was nice.

The rooms are extremely small. We opened our window to have more fresh air.

I had a room with two single beds for my dad and I. For some reason, the room was designed with frosted glass in the bathroom instead of a wall, so it was a little awkward constantly having to look away when my father would use the bathroom so I wouldn’t see any outlines of private parts. The shower also was not great, as there’s no door or anything, so water is just ricocheting off your body all over the floor and toilet. Lastly, the room was pretty stuffy since the A/C didn’t seem to be working. I woke up each morning covered in sweat.

For a 2 star hotel, this place was exceptional! Conveniently located, very clean, great breakfast, secure parking, and very friendly staff!

The room was VERY small and the beds were also small, but this was offset by all of the great things mentioned above!

Really good value small hotel offering a great location (near La Cite and many bars and restaurants in the older quarter) and service by very helpful and very responsive staff. I will certainly return and recommend to friends.

You could not hope for a better location. As you walk out the front door you look straight at the old fortified town which is a 5 mins walk. The staff do everything to make you comfortable. 3 minutes walk are a wide selection of restaurants.Great breakfast buffet with a view of the chateau. On-site parking is a bonus.

Location is superb, just 200 meters from the entrance to the fortress. Private parking is very convenient and safe. Breakfast is good. Shall return definitely!

The heat control works strange. It was put on cooling but the in the room it was very hot, we switched it off, but there was a stream of hot air from the ventilation grill so we needed to open the window to ventilate.

The parking is super small and packed. The clenliness of the bathroom was not that good. The lady at the reception wasn’t pleasant.
