One room smelt of smoke

Breakfast was ok, choice of yoghurts, no choice for fruit. Plenty of tea and coffee.

Surprised by how small the bathroom was, felt a bit like being in a cabin. A lot of road noise which made it difficult to sleep, guess it’s much quiet on the other side of the hotel.

Good location for airport and bus to town. Good views over the mountains

Close to the main road on way between St Malo and Torrevieja, about half way. It was a good stop over for the night.

The property was adequate fulfilled our needs

It is cheap, clean and the staff were very helpful - we are bike packing and the bikes will fit inside a room for security - it’s not luxury, but very functional

All good - just don’t expect the ‘frills’ of a hotel - it is a room with en suite like a caravan!

Great value budget room for quick one night stay on outskirts of city, easy access from motorway. Good choice of fast food venues very close by, perfect for late arrival.

Room was a little cold and noisy due to busy road but this was to be expected.

The location wasn't too far from the city only a 10 min bus journey the hotel was near a shopping centre too which was good for us

The woman in reception on arrival wasn't very helpful I did arrive a little early but that's only because I got an email at 11 in the morning to say my room was ready and that email came from the hotel itself and the woman in reception was like no not possible come back at 2 despite it been 30 odd degrees with a kid and 3 suitcases they didn't even have anywhere to let us put our bags while we went off somewhere rooms were tiny and outdated

Really close to the airport. I would recommend it if you have an early flight. Parking lot available and included in the price

The toilet is really small, it was not even possible to move in the shower. Furthermore the smell was quite bad

this is a bad hotel. very dirty, the toilet constantly smelled of stale urine. everything is old, dirty and the cheapest. I understand that the price of a room per night is not as high as in other hotels, but 89 euros per room is enough to demand at least some normal human conditions. ants lived in our room. we couldn't feed the dog properly because the ants immediately started eating his food. When we asked the woman at the reception to do something about it, she was surprised, said that this could not happen and did not even go to look

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for a budget hotel. Plenty of parking and the bonus was the Aldi supermarket on the opposite side of the hotel. Very convenient as the location was a little out of town. Wifi was good.

Reception staff hours are limited and I noted some people having a problem with understanding the automated system but they got their room after several attempts.

The beds where good and that was all we actually needed passing the city late at night. Parking inside locked area.No service here. A bit difficult for us to get in since we dont understand French. Rooms like a container, very small. Bathroom like a box. If you just need to sleep some hours in a nice bed - thats what you get here.

Fine for overnight stay but would be a little tight for longer-term.

We arrived late into Carcassonne by plane so it made sense to stay near the airport for the night. Literally just needed somewhere to get our heads down. £40 for a night. The room was fine. Clean, a comfortable bed and a shower with hot water. The breakfast was £5 and I know you get what you pay for....but I wished they had provided croissants. A minor thing and it's a cheap breakfast with as much juice, tea and coffee as you would like. There were some brioche type buns, baguette and sliced bread with a lonely looking toaster. In fairness there were also yoghurts and fruit puree in a jar. For late night arrival into Carcassonne it was more than fine. No point in spending any more when we are leaving at 0800 the next morning. WIFI also good.

Just the lack of croissants!

For those uninitiated, premier classe is a chain of absolute basic rooms, usually situated in out of town locations.Bed was reasonably comfortable, wifi works, aldi 2 minutes away.I stay in lots of these places, so im very used to them.What made this place stand out from the rest was the cleanliness of the room ....hats off to your cleaning staff for an excellent job.

As per always, fainted smell of smoke in the room.Smokers, do us all a favour and do it outside.

Not very clean shower drain dirty , the room really is in need of a makeover .Bed good and clean .

Door and window drafty, wind was blowing the curtain. Bathroom very small.No staff there after 9 PM. Somebody blew the fuses after that and our electrical outlets did not work all night so we could not charge our phones because we could not get a hold of anybody
