Hôtel l'Aragon à 50m de la cité de Carcassonne

Great location with a nice pool also free parking

The hotel was very close to la cite.

The only way to lock the room is with the key. My wife was sick in bed and was unable to lock the door whenever I left. Tea and coffee in the room would be nice

Location, room, supportive staff.

The staff were wonderful, the pool is beautiful and the location is super close to La Cite! Was a perfect hotel for our family.

The rooms are a bit small but totally comfortable for a small family!

Check in was easy, reception was extremely helpful, I had injured myself bike riding it was a Sunday, all the pharmacies were closed and the woman at the front desk let me use their first aid kit, it was very kind of her

Front desk and dining staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even helped us store items that required refrigeration. Closeness to the medieval city was a bonus.

Room and bath rather small but not surprising for an older establishment. Absolutely fine for the short stay.

Perfect location just outside the medieval city. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Great shower.

Room was a little small and breakfast could have used a little more variety but these were minor details.

A great hotel right next to the castle. It is small and old hotel that has been very nicely updated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and quiet. There are parking spaces for all guests in the back of the hotel. The room did not have a tea/coffee maker, fridge or a safe.

No tea/coffee maker in the room.

The room smelled very strongly of cleaning solution and we had to open The windows to get rid of the smell. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and we had to use several towels To dry up theWater. Front desk agent was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and large room, free parking, breakfast option.

Air conditioning and WiFi signal in the room could have been a little stronger.

Very central place, 5 minutes away from the castle. Rooms were smaller than expected and one of the rooms had bad smell coming from the bathroom. Swimming pool was wonderful to refresh during a heat wave. Breakfast was good. We stayed one night.

Its proximity to the Cité de Carcassonne is its key asset. The bathroom and shower are spacious.

The room was small but bed was comfortable. There was a mild sewage smell in the room.

the first thing to mention is the hotel is 3 star but all the staff are 5 star every single person was fantastic. the breakfast was very good. Room was good not large but good for this trip. The location is excellent a short walk to the medieval city.

having to leave! no tea in the room but there was a coffee machine by reception.

Room, decor, firm bed, clean, parking, staff,

The location of this hotel is fabulous. It is right at the monument. It serves quite a nice breakfast at a fair price.

Location was perfect for touring the fortress. Breakfast was very nice. Wish we had had time to use the pool.

Great location right next to the old town, wonderful pool, clean and pretty rooms - we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great location - right by the citadel/castle and there was free parking onsiteOverall clean and has good AC

Reception when we checked in was not the most friendly - woman barely acknowledged or welcome us, and when we asked for recommendation for dinner , just said go into the citadel and there will be lots of restaurants

Excellent location immediately outside the old city. You can stroll in within a matter of minutes. We went during the off-season and it was lovely to just walk up in the evening or early morning and have the place almost to ourselves. Lovely little hotel, and great to have a parking space in the centre of town. Very nice staff and first rate breakfast. We had a family room for three and it was perfect for us.

Wonderful location, just in front of the entrance of the city with a convenient car parking. Very quiet, very friendly staff and well suite for families.
