The property was steps from the gate, it had a secured parking and great helpful staff.

Our roomWas a bit small and quarky, but don’t let this discourage you from staying at the property. It’s still a lovely spotless property.

Clean comfortable great location. Enzo on reception was great and helpful .Breakfast was excellent

There was a hot tub below our room which created a bit of noise and light left on at night

Beautiful unique property literally right next to the entrance to the medieval city. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Showed us everything about the hotel when we arrived. We were a large group so we had five of the 12 rooms and they were all completely unique and all beautiful.

I really liked everything about it. Might have been nice to have a few more offerings at the breakfast, but it did have incredible fresh squeezed orange juice!!

You are as close as you can be to Carcassonne as you can be without being inside the walls. My room had a wonderful view of the garden in the back. The shower was awesome with a rainfall shower head, six shower sprays in the walls and a hand held spray. I could have stayed in there for hours. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

You can't improve on perfection.

Excellent hotel , manger and staff were amazing , couldn't do enough for us . Place is spotless and right next to the castle . Perfect we will be back

Our stay at Hotel Pont Levis - Franck Putelat was excellent! The location, right next to the gates of the medieval city of Carcassonne, is incredibly convenient, especially in December when the city is beautifully decorated for the holidays. The hotel’s design is modern and elegant, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

Rooms a little small for the price and need directions to find it! Google didn’t recognise address. Would be helpful to say it’s next to the main car park and you go into said car park to access hotel parking.

Outstanding location. Great decor if you like very modern industrial style.

The decor felt impersonal. The shower and sink area opens up partially to the bedroom. Breakfast was good but not a lot of choice for the price.

A lovely hotel situated within walking distance of the old town. Secure parking on site and friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent and comfortable and provided all we needed. I am not sure the fixtures and fittings will stand the test of time but we have no complaints.

This is our second visit, and we were not disappointed; we’re already looking forward to next year! The hotel staff were as friendly as ever, and our room was just as I remembered it from last year—clean and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, there was no WiFi for the duration of our stay, which also meant no TV, and if the weather had turned bad, we would have been stuck without entertainment. Additionally, there were no food options available during the day. On our last day, we really didn’t want to go out again and would have loved to enjoy a meal at the hotel while relaxing in front of the TV.

Alcohol drink selection poor, restaurant closed at our time of year (end of October), breakfast expensive at 19 Euros (note we didn’t take part and ate out so didn’t view)

Located directly in front of the main entrance to the medieval city.Nice walk into the main city where the train station is located and lots of bars and restaurants in the square.Swimming pool was nice.Bus takes you from Carcassonne airport directly to the front of the hotel.

Room was dark and cold with no heating.No hot water during stay shower was tepid at best

Excellent location, excellent room, excellent pool. A very good place to stay and get to know not only Carcassonne (this was our fourth visit) but this part of Occitanie. And our visit to La Table de Franck Putelat was exquisite!

The location to the castle was excellent, a short walk to explore the castle . Staff were very friendly and helpful to our needs. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

Breakfast was incredible, the size of the hotel and the junior suite was great. with only 12 rooms it seemed very private and intimate. The proximity to the walled city and the taxi rank and rental bikes were perfect for us to explore. The links to another hotel, a brasserie and a 2* Michelin restaurant were perfect. We have friends in Carcassone and will stay there again when we go.

There is absolutely nothing I would change.

Beautiful small hotel located just outside the castle walls yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous breakfast with lovely local produce.
