Kyriad Carcassonne - Aéroport

The room is good and clean and the bed is comfortable. The AC was a bit light in our room we felt cold. We tried changing the temparture but it did not seem to work properly. Other than this, everything was perfect and the staff is lovely and helpful

The AC isnt working properly

Great location, close to airport with many shops and restaurants near by, fantastic stay especially if you have a late flight into Carcassonne or early flight out.

Clean, staff very nice, food good

Room a little small and stuffy

Staff very helpful and were able to book taxis for us. The rooms were very clean and just what we needed for a one night stay before heading to the airport.

Sauna, hammam and fitness. Very helpful staff. Clean and nice room. Delicious breakfast.

Maybe not enough blackness in the bedroom.

Location comfortable bed

Bathroom bad smell

Handy location. Reasonable value for a budget hotel.

Not ideally situated for restaurants/evening meal.

Ample car park.Close to the airport.Close to supermarket 'Auchan'.Comfortable bed.Nice staff.Kettle with complimentary tea/coffee.Clean.Good value.

Inside insolation - we could hear the TV of another room. That was acceptable as it got turn off early enough.

Nothing went well here.

The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in, no side support sank in the middle. We chose the hotel for proximity to the Airport. When we asked the lady on reception to order a taxi for us she said the taxi's don't come to them as they are too near. They didn't have a shuttle so the only option was to walk. This took us 20 minutes in hot temperature and we had 2 large suitcases and two smaller ones. There isn't a foot path all the way and we had to cross a busy road, The cases had to be dragged over grass and stones. I would recommend, don't stay there, stay in Carcassone and get a taxi to the airport.

Easy check-in and comfortable bed.

Location is difficult to get to on foot and facilities are tired.

Bedroom comfortable.

Breakfast prices extortionate. Drink choices in bar extremely limited.

Fabulous friendly staff, very good food in restaurant - you need to book!

People smoke in bedrooms even if it’s non smoking room

Fabulous reception staff. Very helpful and friendly. Nice beer! Comfortable lounge area. Good breakfast.

Walls a bit thin. TV noise heard from other rooms.

This is basic hotel which gives a lot. It is clean, friendly and helpful staff, bed comfortable and OK breakfast.

It would be better to have a walk in shower rather than hipbath.

It is within walking distance of the airport. It is basic but clean and friendly with a reasonable breakfast.

Nothing. It was as expected for the price.

Very good experience, breakfast and swimming pool, close to the supermarket, relatively large room! The two front desk staff are very good!

Pool, friendly staff

The walk to the airport, the foot path, or lack of was terrible.if the city authorities do not maintain this walkway, especially at the motorway underpass and on the hill leading up to the roundabout, the hotel should undertake to do it. A landscaper for 2 hours a month would make a big difference. We had a childs push chair and 3 suitcases, so it was quite difficult to navigate. Or the hotel should provide a basic airport transfer service

For airport, location is really really handy! 4 minute drive and 2 bakeries to grab croissants if not enough time for breakfast. secure parking is a big bonus, the wee terrace and swimming area was great bonus for a family; we had a swim and then had some snacks and a few glasses of wine.Room was basic but comfortable, secure and on budget. we had 2 rooms beside each other, but separate external entrances to each room (motel style). quiet with no noise and good air con. McDonalds nearby, aldi, lidl, shopping mall….but it is a business park location so not much else.would use again for airport.

at first the motel style disappointed me but this was fine once settled in. reception/bar area was really nice but food had to be organised on check-in and couldn’t be ordered on demand (understandable) but light snacks didn’t seem to be an option! For kids, they had ice creams but a lot of items weren’t available. Staff were nice, but they were busy as they only had 2 working to cover reception, bar and restaurant with plenty going on.

Nice clean room, comfy bed, 15 mins walk from Carcassone airport, swimming pool, good dinner in the hotel restaurant

All good

Ideal when travelling by car. Plenty of parking space. Motel style. No frills. Easy layout. Good location next to a large supermarket. Excellent swimming Pool. Friendly and efficient staff.
