CIS Lamourelle Centre International de Sejour

Location was great and they have secure bike parking. Staff were all super friendly.

We stayed there twice. Our first room was great. Our second had a drain problem that prevented the shower from draining properly meaning the bathroom floor was constantly wet. The breakfasts were ok, not great.

Reasonably priced

Lights kept going offNo hair dryer

Security. Pleasent staff. Breakfast was good enough. Would be fine for overnight stay Proximity to train station and although a bit sketchy close walk to town square.

No daily room cleaning. The hotel staff were really nice to us, but the towns restaurants were less than welcoming, bordering on impertinent Nothing to do with the hotel, but Carcassone has a real problem with dog crap everywhere. Take pride people

Central location with on site parking, easy to get to via car and in walking distance of the city centre.

A little basic, although very clean and well presented, it was geared for short stay with minimal amenities.

Very good short stay in a location, convenient to the train station. We chose this location because it was close to the train station and allow us to visit Carcassonne for one day and apart easily in the early morning by bla blahbus

Our short day did not allow us to explore any of the amenities

Everything was good! The location, parking and stuff.

I’d suggest to change the shower system.

Clean, spacious and most if the staff really friendly and helpful. Really helped out when my son was ill.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced

Spartan rooms but clean and functional.

Location was great

Breakfast could of been better, complicated coffee machine, croissants over done.Lack of toilettories.Towels a bit small.

The outside breakfast area is really beautiful!!It is a convenient place for a short stay in Carcassonne. I liked the family room

Location just outside of city center with Parking possibilities. Very good price.

-It was a very hot day, + 30°C and the airco in the room didn't work... We notified the recepetion but nothing was done...-There's no possibility to buy some drinks, not even a vending machine...

Staff very helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down. Allowed us to store our luggage and found us a room at late notice when we had to stay an extra night while the car was fixed.

Located Ok to walk in the old town, a good 30 min walk up to the medieval centre though. Check-in staff was very nice and helpful.

Very basic basic facilities, seems like a students accommodation, only individual beds available. No hair dryer.

Location was perfect, both from the airport and the town centre

Decor of the room

The room was spacious and comfortable. The property was located in a very quiet part of town with close access to the city center.

There was no hand soap.

Good location, large rooms. The staff were friendly & very helpful, They looked into issues I had raised and tried to resolve them as best they could. As I had issues with my first room, they offered me another room which had slightly fewer issues.

The water for the shower only flows for 30 seconds & then you have to press the button again. Shower flow quite low so need to stand close to the wall to get any water. The tap in the sink only runs for <15 seconds & then you have to press the lever again. Shower doesn't drain fully so there is a puddle of water constantly on part of the shower floor. The puddle was there when I moved into the room (I tried 2 different rooms), which doesn't seem very hygienic. Electronic door lock wouldn't recognise my door card & staff had to let me in with their key as even their card wouldn't open the door.

This hotel is a place for seminars with accomodation, 10 minutes walk from the railway station, 25 minutes walk to the castle. Our room was very simple and quiet, view to the inner concrete yard, like most of the rooms. It was May, we stayed at the hotel for three nights, then for personal reasons we had to stay there for two nigths more.

Reception is closed at 21.00. We had an agreement from the hotel, that we will come late, at 21.00 – 22.00, but all was closed. Luckily a janitor/nightguard happened to be there and we could prove that we have a reservation, he did not know that we are coming. Personel in the hotel was friendly and smiling, but that was all, our room was not cleaned, trashcans were not emptied. We got new towels once, more soap and toiletpaper we had to ask for.

Fantastic, excellent location, super clean, nice rooms, lovely helpful staff.Highly recommend, thank you :)

I travelled alone with my son and this property was quiet, secure and in an excellent location for walking to the local attractions & train station. The room was large and clean, breakfast was fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in Carcassonne. Vclean and spacious rooms. Very nice and helpful staff
