Cons -
- Lousy beds. The beds are all sleeper sofas. Not at all comfortable.
- The clean, very dirty. The kitchen floor was sticky on my shoes. The air conditioning doesn't work. The apartment got very cold.
- The WiFi was rubbish. I ended up using 4G it was more responsive. My bath towel had been stored under the sink and when I came to use it it was damp because there was clearer a leak in the sink… very annoying!

Basic, but quiet, clean, and roomier than expected. Loved having a table to eat at and a desk. Was perfect for our needs and great price.

Clean, quiet, free secure parking. All you need in kitchen area.
Squeaky bathroom door.
Huge parking. Nice room. All kitchen ware. Good reception. Good location overall.
All is good.
Free parking, small kitchenette
Very basic and worn out, quite outside of the town
Great value for money.. very spacious
One or two things didn't work such as lamps. I walked into town being unfamiliar with the route and public transport but its a good half hour. My choice and I enjoyed it but bear it in mind.
The hotel is good, clean, and functional.
Carpets need to be replaced. they are old.
Centrally located for The Citte with excellent secure parking?
The bfast room is small for the number of guests and the Bfast itself was not very exciting or sufficient for guests
Good location, really clean, staff were more than helpful
Large room. Very clean. Free parking. Not difficult to drive into town. Staff friendly, and helpful.
A bit of a mission to drive into Centre Ville. Too far to walk.
Spacious room, good bathroom with shower. Quiet location with large gated carpark.
Didn’t realise it was so far away from any shops restaurants etc pool very small
Easy access by car. Pool. Useful to have a fridge.
Shower & kitchen could do with updating. Asked to empty our own rubbish bins at end of stay, into outside bins.
Studio had everything (kitchen and dishes stuff)
Bathroom....shower together with toilet...kind of messy
excellent value for the money, staff was great and breakfast had lots of choices.
Carpet in the room could be replaced.
Very clean. Location is okay a drive to central Carcassonne.
It is slightly dated, but it was so clean you can look past that.
The property was very spacious and bright, very clean
Breakfast room was not appealing. The outside of the property uninviting but then inside was good.
The location was ok. A little out of the way but walkable into both the old town and Carcassonne itself. The apartment was very basic but equipped for our needs. Beds were not very comfy.
Beds were less than comfy for all. Sheets could do with updating. Apartment wouldn't miss a bit of an update.
