Campanile Carcassonne Est - La Cité

Brand new Campanile. Very clean and located less than 5 minutes by car from the medieval castle.

A/C never cooledThe location was horrible, in an industrial zone.The breakfast was very poor.The shower was full of mold.

Clean, good location.

The bath was too high, would have preferred a shower. Not much of a choice for breakfast, and bread had to be cut by guests, not much hygienic!

It was as expected and suited us well. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found the meal fine. There was parking on site.

The hotel had a problem and was closed. We were transferred to the IBIS which was very nice

Bathroom needs refreshing, black moald in the grouting and along the shower panels.

The buffet reastaurant was great , the breakfast food was ok. Very comfy beds , lots of parking spaces. There was air conditioning in the room, good for the hot weather.

The room and pool size could be bigger .

Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing special. The room was good. Two supermarkets nearby - Aldi and Lidl, and McDonald's, also a good meat restaurant - Buffalo.

It was a travel lodge, location was rubbish and the lack of taxis and busses made accessing the cite and the town very difficult if you dont have a car

Situation confort silence prix

Lovely stay in Campanile Carcassonne. Room was very clean, hotel staff were extremely helpful and the pool was lovely. Location is about a 10-15 minute mostly flat walk from the Medieval City with the old town and Canal du Midi about another 10 minute walk from there. It's a lovely lace to walk around. We got a taxi to the Lac de la Cavayère (€20). Taxi from the airport was €25.

Dinner was good value for money with kid’s menu and salad buffet. Small but refreshing pool.

Location in an industrial/commercial area.

The hotel staff members I encountered were cheerful and helpful from check-in through check-out. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The location was easily accessible by car and there were a lot of parking slots.
