ibis Carcassonne East La Cité Hotel

Quiet and good price

Quiet and good price , easy parking and free

The property was very basic and smaller than expected. The staff were very friendly and the facilities clean though. If you are happy to stay in an industrial area that is still a 10 minute drive from old town it is a good budget option.

The room was very small for a family of 4.

Overrated

room small, bathroom tiny, problems with the door handle, breakfast limited

Friendly professional staff, good breakfast, lovely location for visiting Carcassonne or for motorway stopover as we did, good popular solution

Everything was ok.Sadly there was some staining on the corridor carpets which was a little off putting. All staff we met on site were really helpful.

The breakfast was reasonable The room had air conShower was good Nice level of cleaning

Location was not good No restaurant facilities The pool is to small The bar needs to be open longer combines with the restaurant

Very welcoming staff, ready to help and to give advice.

Rooms are so small you cannot open a big suitcase!! Towels are in a limited quantity, maybe we could have asked for more than 1/person but we managed to with what we had as it was just for 1 night..

Location good staff in hotel were excellent very helpful d professional swimming pool a bonus

All staff were so friendly and helpful going the extra mile and looked as if they were really enjoying their work and customers The 2 girls smiling and friendly at reception and both men in restaurant couldn’t do enough for us Have not got better service in many 4 star hotelsAccomodation basic clean and comfortable

No complaints at all

- Good location (there are 2 supermarkets and McDonald’s very close to hotel);- Free private parking;- SUPER kind staff;- Clean and well-furnished;- SILENCE AND CALMNESS;- Swimming pool (we didn’t use it but anyway);- The most important part for us: 24/7 checkin. We arrived around 23:00 and we checked in without any problems (while other places can give you check out only till 21:00 max)

Swimming pool. Bar

Windows were small

Very good standard economy hotelFree parking

Location not best

The room was really clean and the dinner was really nice. Good breakfast too!The staff were very friendly.

The only problem was the room was small but next time we will choose a bigger room size.

The friendly welcome. Facilities and space in the room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

The carpets could do with a clean, but everything else was very clean.

It was easy accessible and clean and warm

No tea, coffee making facilities

Quiet location with comfortable bed and good bed linens - great as an overnight stop

Room was very small and bathroom was tiny

Comfy room, clean bathroom and attentive team. Great stop when visiting the area.

A bit far from the city, but that was expected!
