    Well organized, low environmental impact.

Out apartment was in need of a facelift, but was ok for the three nights we were there.

beautiful setting and great facilities for a young children

our bungalow was very well equipped but a little cramped. But incredibly good value for money!

There was a gym. Staff were friendly.

Each use of the advertised attractions requires a significant additional payment. The staff, despite being Italian, were not familiar with tourist activities or good restaurants outside the park.

Very convenient location to explore Toscan region, well organized facility with a lot to offer

It is very inconvenient when you have very laud neighbor you can hear everything inside your accomodation… More strict house rules should be applied for quiet hours

The facilities are great, specially the pools and spa; very spectacular scenery and nice & friendly staff.

The wifi coverage is not the best!

Clean spaces, tons of places for parking, calm and cosy.

The prices at the nearby supermarket are higher-ups

    Location, value for money

Shower was not working . Microwave had very bad smell and it spoiled our food when we turned on

The location and facilities are amazing.

Our meal at Vechio was very disappointing. We had been here many times previously, around 15 years ago and remember great meals here. Our experience this time was not good - the steaks we had were poor quality and seemed to have been boiled rather than grilled! The event in the top village on our last night was very noisy and disruptive. It felt like this took priority over other guests.

The location, views from restaurant and the September without business was fantastic time of the year to visit. Staff was great, attentive and professional. Building, gardens and surroundings were spectacular.

Room was basic, above the bed we had a pipe which made constantly weird sounds, like bubbleing, not much natural light as we got groundfloor.

What a place!! Nice mobile home with three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen and a nice patio. Check-in was very easy and staff came to pick us up from the reception to show the way to our mobile home. Water park was amazing and the kids loved it. Since we were just stopping by for one night we didn’t have time to explore the rest of the village. But it looked amazing on the map with tons of stuff to do.Considering all the activities offered, the value for money was incredible. We had some trouble with the AC and the reception sent us a technician right away who fixed the problem.

We were able to park our car quite close to our room. The person who showed us our room, was pleasant.

    1. The pools should be open far longer than until 7pm only. When you travel around the area and arrive back by 6, then 1 hour is not enough. They really should consider keeping the pools open longer. 2. The restaurant prices are ridiculous (too high). 3. The bed that we got in the villa - I have never had such bed, where each time you turn, the bed makes loud noises. It was impossible to sleep!4. The air conditioner was swithced off by the cleaning crew during the day, so when we came back in the evening, the room was scorching hot!5. The air conditioner was dripping water next to my child's bed. It woke us up at the night and it just wasn't normal... 6. No glasses/cups in the room or any cutlery whatsoever. 7. There are WAY too many people for WAY too few pools. The pools are overcrowded and loud. 8. The sunbeds were "booked" by people with towels, who waited for the pool area to be opened at 9 am, but then left immediately. It is against the rules, but nobody cares... 9. Jumping into the pools is forbidden, but the lifeguards whistles are ignored and the lifeguard just gives up. One person almost jumped on me.. luckily nothing bad happened.. 10. When I asked the lady at the Information desk about evening and daily activities, I got a very rude answer where I can see the schedule. She interrupted me before I could finish my sentence and I really found this very rude towards a client. 11. After the pools close at 7 p.m there is nothing to do, unless you have a 2 or 4 year old kids. Even the adventure park first of all meant for very young kids and secondly for an extra fee. Ridiculous! 12. We stayed in 2 rooms with 2 families and one day 1 room was cleaned, but the other one not. Second day the rubbish was not taken out, although the bin was full. Just a bit confusing...

The outside activities so great and really fun. Really recommend village to enjoy with kids!

Our room was not like we expected. Apartment on old building, our apartment was upstairs without sitting outside, in the photos we didn’t understand it will be like this. The apartment was okay (the bad, air conditioning, shower) but overall felt dusty Maybe we needed to choose another room. The village is great

The accommodation and all the surrounding activities were good. However, the holiday home we stayed in smelled musty. The air conditioning did not work properly, and it was not clean. Facility staff came several times to try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they could not do anything about it. The home remained damp and musty, making it an unpleasant stay for us, especially for someone with asthma problems.

First time on a camping like this for me. And it won’t be the last. Amazing for kids with all the pools and other activi

We stayed in a Hu Room Smart for 2, our kids and grandkids in a Hu Stay Chalet. The whole setup of the estate was excellent, both the upper and lower pool complexes were extensive enough in their own right to warrant a full day at either. The Panorama Bar overlooking the lower pools was particularly good for us to take some shade whilst keeping a watchful eye over the grandkids, although we appeared to be surplus given the excellent Lifeguarding in place. Very professional. The quality and service of the reasonably priced on-site restaurants was excellent and couldn't be faulted. The onsite supermarkets were comprehensive in their range and pricing not exorbitant. Our 1st floor room was spacious, kept clean and had comfortable beds.

We booked late to join our family and didn't have a lot of choice, though missed the detail of our room not having an outside table and chairs or balcony. The garden view advertised was through the window - technically correct. We only had one chair in the room, a handy fridge but no kettle, so this really was a room (with separate bathroom) just for sleeping.Given this knowledge, I would not rebook unless I could choose a ground floor room with terrace and outside seating, and would advise anybody reading this to take note, it just took the edge off it for us, having to walk to a café for our morning coffee, missing out on the serene garden patios.
