Location on the beach. Good parking facilities.

Extremely old and dated. This hotel was designed in the 70s and hasn’t had any refurbishment since. Interior is very dated and furniture also.

Great location great staff ,so friendly and helpful ,very classy hotel .Breakfast only for us but it was great.

Balcony was small and pool could be bigger .

The Hotel is Clean and tidy and has good amenities. It is a privately owned hotel that is run very well and the staff are very helpful ( and friendly with it ) .

The view from the hotel room was stunning! The beaches are beautiful.

We had a quadruple room and it was very small for four people. We did not have space to put our suitcases on the floor and had to stack them. The bathroom for four people was very small.

Good breakfast, the are and the beach are genuinely nice if you enjoy staying at the beach all day amongst hundreds of other tourists with drinks etc.

Hidden costs: be aware that parking costs extra (15EUR), any other requests that are in other places a stayed for free, will cost here. E.g. we asked for a baby cot and were charged 30EUR. This came as a surprise, as on booking.com while setting the tick box to request a baby cot, it was not clear that there would be extra costs. An email was sent later to me saying that it would cost 30 EUR, but of course amongs the 5-6 booking.com emails, I didn't read this. Maybe a bit my fault, but nonetheless a bad surprise and I consider this intransparent.

Hotel is tired & in need of refurbishment. Advertised coff machines in room but actually they mean a kettle! Bathroom was in need of upgrading with black mould etc round the shower & outside terrace/ balcony was tiny with an old & peeling table & chairs. Mini-bar is advertised but this consisted of just 2 or 3 items in a very old & not very cold fridge. Rooms are supposed to have sound-proofing but they were noisy - we had to eventually call reception one night when next door decided the full corridor should listen to their TV. Complaints were made to hotel who did refund some of our cost but this is a much older persons hotel & I’m afraid, at over £650 for 4 nights after our refund, we won’t be back.

The staff and the owner are so welcoming and made it feel like home straight away and bend over backwards to make you happy.. food is amazing and the cocktails are delicious.

Needed to upgrade our original "booking.com" room as that room was overlooking a car park despite having a side view of the sea from the balcony. After paying an additional €30 per day, our new room was very nice with two balconies both with sea views.

The shower and WC facility in the room was somewhat strange in that it just had glass walls and doors meaning that you could be fully visible from within the room, - rather weird not having any privacy from your partners! There was little to know control in the swimming pool in that certain parents allowed their babies/toddlers to bath in the pool without nappies or bathing costumes which resulted on one occasion of the inevitable - yuck!

Room was a good size with plenty of storage space. Breakfast buffet offered a good choice. Swimming pool small but uncrowded with plenty of loungers and the hotel provides towels for use at the pool or down on the beach together with a beach bag. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

Lack of electric sockets

Lovely hotel, we had the best greeting on arrival from Stefan. Nice hotel, I would recommend.

Limited sunbeds, although we did always manage to get one and the beach is a short walk away. The room was cleaned daily. The bathroom was a little dated... but perfectly satisfactory.

The staff were very helpful. They made us feel part of the family. The food and service at the restaurant was exceptional. Lorenzo, the maitre d'hôtel, went above and beyond to make sure everyone's dining experience was mega!

We decided to spend a few days in the Italian “Riviera”, a lovely area located on the Italian Adriatic coast. In the few days that we spent there we decided to visit the neighboring cities of Cattolica and Riccione and we were happy to find out that the hotel is located in one of the prime spots of the region. Compared to the surrounding areas Gabicce is by far the quietest and most reserved. During our stay, we took advantage of the Spa and were able to enjoy a wonderful couples massage. The hotel has one of the best restaurants I have been in Italy; every day we were able to enjoy fresh seafood and the best pasta! What really made us love the Hotel were the amazing sunsets that can be seen from the several terraces. The hotel staff was also kind enough to organize a convenient private transfer back to the Airport. We really wanted to thank the two sisters who own and manage the hotel for having personally made sure that everything was on point during our stays. We will for sure come back and spend more time next time.
