Dust on the floor. The breakfast buffet is not exceptional.

Location. The sea view.

The smallest bathroom ever. Impossible not to bump into something at every turn and unpleasant shower. Rude staff at the breakfast counter. Not coming back.

Clean, nice decor. Good balcony. Lots of mirrors. Excellent maids.

Rooms are fairly small. Bathroom was average. Pool side lacks sunshine.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach in the center of town. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. A special mention to Tina, the lovely lady who came and made up our room everyday, making sure to keep the hotel lovely and clean. I must mention that there isn’t a shortage of hot water which sometimes happens in larger hotels. The hotel also has two pools, wonderfully clean both of them.

The hotel is a little dated, and the rooms are on the small side.

The breakfast service was good. The location of the hotel is right on the beach. Staff was friendly. The price was excellent.

The room was very small and it was very stuffy when I arrived. I tried to cool down the room, but the system only has heat. To cool the room, you have to leave the windows open. I was worried about mosquitoes getting in, but I also wanted to sleep so I took my chances and got lucky regarding mosquitoes. The internet was incredibly poor. It had a very weak signal that made opening anything a test of patience. While waiting, it would often just disconnect. The small room also had some crumbling plaster by the heating unit.

the bed had 2 mattresses, one much higher than the other.furniture was basic and this is supposed to be a grand hotel.breakfast was terrible. was to make the tea was tepid.eggs and bacon were cold.shower sprayed everywhere except on meonly one small bulb in the bathroom, the other didn’t work.no tissues in box.

The location of the hotel next to the beach was good, and the check in/check out process was simple and straightforward. Room was clean and - if a little limited on facilities. In terms of vale for money - it was quite good for an out of season long weekend getaway, provided the expectation is in line with the rates.

The breakfast was limited and inconsistent - one morning a cooked option was offered, the next it wasn't. Our stay coincided with a large party of school children using the hotel - little or no attempt was made to control the noise or the disruption to common areas (entrance/exit, lift, reception etc) as large groups congregated and made it nearly impossible to pass or use facilities. The wi-fi, although free to use, was virtually useless (although this may have been due to the large group all using the facility), and for a large hotel - the bar was small, poorly stocked and infrequently manned. However - we were visiting in early May before peak season starts so this may have been reflected in staffing and facilities.

I LIKED THE FACT THAT I WAS NOT CHARGED A SINGLE SUPPLEMENT (UNLIKE THE SURROUNDING HOTELS)! RESTAURANT WAS SPOTLESS AND BEAUTIFULLY LAYED OUT, STAFF VERY POLITE AND ATTENTIVE. EVENING MEAL WAS LOVELY.

ON ARRIVAL, I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED AN OFFER OF LIGHT REFRESHMENT AFTER MY JOURNEY.MY JOURNEY FROM THE RAILWAY STATION TO THE HOTEL WAS LESS THAN 2 MILES, THE FARE (ONE WAY) WAS 15 EUROS.( £12. 86)!

Sleeping on the pavement is a better option, stay away.

Rude and impolite stuff, dirty and poorly designed rooms, poor quality breakfast, dorg barking noises next door. nothing was ok with this hotel.

Horrible place, not worth a four star hotel

Very unfriendly and rude staff at the reception, discusting shower in the room with mildew, room floor was not clean. The bathroom smelled like a sewer, which perfumed the whole room with a horrible smell. Parking space to be paid extra at 10 euro a day, it was a five minute drive from the hotel, to be done by hotel shuttle, which was only available on fixed hours in the morning and evening, till 19.00h, bad luck if you wanted to go out by car in the evening. This in combination with very unflexible staff at the reception was not a winner. Certainly not worthy a Four star hotel, 2 stars at the max.
