- Air conditioning in first room offered didn't work and obviously hadn't worked for a long time. The staff approach was one of surprise but it was obvious that the a/c was dead and buried a long time ago luckily we were moved to a room where the a/c worked. An absolute necessity in a small airless room. The hotel was very tired and run down and in need of a major refurbishment programme. Location was too far from restaurants /town facilities to walk. Traffic in the area was intense

Black mold in bathroom, insects in bedroom, crumbs under the bed and a very unhappy unfriendly receptionist
Breakfast was awful, everything stale and cheap as possible.Waste of money for us and the hotel.Standard is lower than Formula 1 group.

Nothing.We were booked in for three nights but left after one even though it meant writing off most of the amount paid.Have stayed in many Kyriad hotels over the years and always been happy.It was a real disappointment to find one such as this.
A very run down hotel in need of a complete refurbishment with dirty stairwells and walkways and rotting wooden railings.The room size was adequate but marred by a broken table lamp,air conditioning that didn't work, a cracked wash basin,black mould around the bath and a toilet bowl that needed a good clean.The breakfast was meagre by any standard with a very poor choice.
