Quiet room with lots of sparrows in greenery outside. Simple and fair.

Pillow, duvets and mattress or mattress topper made of wool would be more breathable and less hot than synthetic materials

No fridge on roomsInconvenient access after 10pm through garage door and courtyard using twice a keypad and access code.

Need for protection from the rough surface of the garage wall, where the turn to exit is tight for larger cars.

Comfortable stay. Quiet. Very clean. Really nice owner. We were provided support to store the bikes, advice on where to go for dinner and late check-in. Very good location, close to supermarket and restaurants. Recommended 100%. I would go back.

Nothing could have been better!

People running the hotel couldn't be more lovely - from check-in to check-out, they smiled, cared and asked how everything was. Parking is fabulous for bikers - very secure.The room itself was a little tired compared to more contemporary hotels, but this is to be expected for the price.

Hotel lighting in the corridors - the lights are on times buttons... and the timers are fierce. Great for the environment, but twice was happy that I had a torch on my phone!!Nothing the hotel could do about this second one - some antisocial behaviour in the nearby streets. Nothing sinister, but my 1st impression of the location was a young motorcycle rider wheelie'ing down the road repeatedly.

The staff and the rooms were excellent. The manager rang restaurants in the evening to ensure they were open and had room for us.

Secure parking, suitable for a group of motorbikes. The owners are very friendly with good english and are extremely helpful with places to go and directions. Even reviewed my route to Pamplona and offered welcome corrections to offer a better ride. They are just nice people. Don't be put off by the number of stars....I would definitely go back.

The couple running the place couldn’t be more helpful with advice and directions to the points of interest in the city. It was particularly nice to be able to park my motorbike safely in the private hotel garage.
