Great value for money. A clean safe place to lay your head for the night.

Our toilet ran water until fixed.

Staff were OK and car park is locked at night

It was dirty, cigarette burns on the duvet covers, mold and rust in the showers, a dog that barked all night over the road-really needs sorting, taps weren't working, tv didn't work, one plug socket in rooms, breakfast selection poor-3 types of bread, no plates, outdoor floor slippply when wet.

This place is so run down that it needs to be demolished. Seriously. No amount of cleaning or smiling staff is going to help here. Please stop advertising it as a hotel. Even cheap hotels have standards (I thought). I have stayed at Premiere Classe before and I didn't expect much, but this one has to close immediately.

The failure to accept my request for late check-in, the door of the room (which opens to outside) not closing properly, the room layout meaning opening the bathroom door closed off access, the room TV didn't work and breakfast provided no plates, bowls or paper so everyone ate off the tables

CUMSTAIN ON MY BLANKET

CUMSTAIN ON MY BLANKET. The entire bed smelled like it hadn't been washed since the last person. No running water from the taps. Charged twice for breakfast. No email about the gate passcode until I specifically requested it, even after clarifying that I would be arriving late from a flight.No response from the hotel about any of this after I emailed them about it. Refusal to provide compensation after complaining via Booking.com, other than the double charge for the breakfast.After providing my debit card information directly the hotel, I received no money and no response back after sending a follow up email.Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I HAD THE HANDICAP ROOM. THE OTHER BED WAS PUT UNDER MY BED. SINGLE BED. THE FURNITURE WAS CHIP BOARD AND COMPLETELY ROTTEN. THE ROOM SMELT LIKE A DEAD BODY. I HAD TO GET A CAN OF AIR FRESHNER FROM THE RECEPTION. I COULD HARDLY BREATHE IN THE ROOM. IT WAS A HORRID ROOM AND A HEALTH HAZARD. FULL OF BACTERIA. NEEDS A FACELIFT AND CANNOT BE OFFERED AS THE HANDICAP ROOM. I FELT UNCLEAN STAYING THERE. THE SHOWER FACILITY WAS DECREPIT. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Pillows and the tiny room. Tiny toilet cubicle - banged head on door if leaning forward at all. No facilities, not even a kettle to boil water for a hot drink even though we had all the ingredients with us !

Hotel is convenient and access is easy.

The check in process is fine if it works. One reservation didn't work resulting in a long wait for someone to resolve it - and none of the staff spoke English despite the what it says on the website

Good location - close to the highway. Decent breakfast. Parking next to the hotel closed/locked for the night. Standard in its own category of compact hotels.

The shower head and hose came apart.

we had good experience, close to shooping centre KFC. I recommend others to book this hotel, however the hotel lucks some facilities
