Convenient and perfect family room. Clean, quiet, and good breakfast.

Fruit salad was not fresh.

Very clean, location just off the highway. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning did not work very well at night and the room was very hot.

Really nice hotel with a Rugby theme! New and fresh rooms and bathrooms. Excellent food in the restaurant och free parking outside the hotel. It is worth a walk on all floors to see the shirts from all famous Rugby players that donated their shirts. The hotel is located about three kilometers from city centre of Castelnaudary so it is a bit far out from the city, however is located very close the main roads leading in all directions.

Nice hotel, clean and close to the center, friendly staff and a very pleasant surprise is a Rugby museum.

Great Hotel ,love the Rugby theme of this Hotel especailly if your a Kiwi, never seen so much All Black items in one place outside of New Zealand.The resturant is excellent be it the buffet Breakfast or evening Dinner...( great Cassoulle even better than the top rated Cassoulle resturant close by) lovely attmosphere

Loved this hotel . So modern and clean and the staff were so friendly. Being winter was lovely and warm and a giant bed that was so comfortable . We even ate in the restaurant . Breakfast was delicious too . Will definitely return .

We were unprepared for the Rugby theme, and were initially concerned, but it was all done in good taste, and everything was spotless. Very quiet, and extremely comfortable.

Coffee machine at breakfast was not working well!

The staff were amazing ~ all smiled all clearly enjoyed working there and went above and beyond. When we went down to breakfast the Manager told us “treat it like your own home” The decoy and design of the rooms cracking a really true find

The burger for my meal ~ black bun nope ~ vinegar onions too over powering but that’s just my personal opinion

The Hotel rooms and facilities were good.

We booked a meal in the restaurant for my daughters 16th birthday which was that day. We sat down for around 8:30pm, they took the order shortly after we sat down and the drinks arrived shortly after which was good. Around 9:30pm, we noticed the food hadn't come, and the staff seemed to not want to make eye contact with us, or engage with us. Other tables had come and gone. Some sitting before us and some after. Around 9:45pm, my French brother in law spoke to a member of staff to see what was happening with our order, they asked what our order was, and went to the kitchen. It was clear they had mad a mistake, but wouldn't come over to say this. At 10:30pm, the food started to come out, however, not all food come out. The children's pasta was pure garlic which you could smell from 5 tables over it was that strong so they couldn't eat it. Mine and my wife's food didn't arrive so this caused further confrontation. Eventually, our meals came out and they were seriously undercooked (I know this is how French people have it, but my sister, when ordering the food, asked for the meals to be cooked to how we would like them).It appeared they rushed it, to get it out.Overall, disgusting experience. After, heavy debate the following day, they agreed to not charge us which was the only positive from the stay.

Welcoming staff. Good clean facilities and the restaurant was wonderful. It helps if you like Rugby! We arrived with bikes and they secured in the building. Staff went above and beyond to help. Breakfast lovely although you have to find your way around the buffet but it was well stocked and the fresh orange machine amazing.

It's a bit out of town so don't expect a view but the welcome and facilities make up for this!

comfortable new and unusual hotel. The rooms have comfortable beds and excellent sound insulation. The staff is pleasant and caring. Large parking for charging electric cars.

Location,plenty of free parking,30 mins from Carcassonne.

Not enough staff in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast.

The ambiance was relaxed and welcoming.The staff were mostly likewise. They charged my headphones without hesitation when I was lacking a charger.Water at front was delicious. Decor was playful and meaningful! Entire facility was spotless!

This was a wonderful surprise stop after a long day of biking. The staff were friendly and helpful offering me a place to store my bike trailer and very accommodating. They immediately took a reservation for dinner at their restaurant and were very helpful with my dietary restrictions (vegan). I enjoyed being able to watch tennis on tv in the lobby and in my room. Everything was clean and comfortable, I would have stayed longer if I had the time.

As I am traveling along the Canal du Midi, it was a little out of the way to get to, and in an industrial area, so not too many great views. But still, clean and neat and the outside well-maintained.

Valuer for money and kind staff.

It is a budget hotel masking itself as a boutique one. Sport theme is quirky but not for everyone taste.

The hotel is stunning, but I'm a former rugby ? player, and rugby is its theme. Clean, tidy and bright.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also, there is no hair dryer.

Although we loved our stay in this hotel, breakfast was disappointing. Amazingly the two coffee machines both had a problem... in France, the alleged home of decent coffee! The fresh fruit was 'reasonably OK' but not great. Overall the breakfast was only mediocre.
