Despite a software glitch with our reservation, Tamuna went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was perfectly accommodated throughout our 3-night stay.

The location is superb. The hotel has a lot of space. Parking was very easy. The room had a nice view. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Food was good.

Nothing to dislike other than resturant for dinner being in the new built hotel adjoining the old one rather than the older hotel for breakfast. Food was good though.

Breakfast was good, albeit expensive., but there were plenty of choices of food and beverage. Room was comfortable and roomy. Nice to have the complimentary coffee and bottled water. Location excellent for exploring historic center. Very interesting building.

Had trouble adjusting room temperature and it took us a while to figure out the key card to activate the interior lights.

Beautiful building in a great location which is very close to the main historic square. The rooms are large, clean but rather dark and dated. Staff are helpful and friendly and the free car parking is a huge bonus.

Very corporate. Room v quiet but couldn't connect to WiFi. Very clean and friendly, efficient staff.

No bar available, absolutely terrible restaurant service, incorrect order, incredibly slow, order errors and awful cooking.

There were food left at the fridge from the previous customer. I told the receptionist, they didn’t do anything.

All very good. Restaurant was very cold. Our stay was 19th January and the hotel was very warm but the restaurant (which is in Dali Hotel next door) was very, very cold.The hotel is delightful. Very unusual but superb.

A lovely ambulance and decor was really really good. The staff were friendly.

We were awoken at 3 o’clock in the morning by the sound of the heating system, water pumping, and a very loud continuous noise coming from a vent in the bathroom. It was the worst nights sleep that we have ever had in any hotel in any part of the world on the positive side when we told the receptionist and she listened to a recording of the noise that I made they did make a small reduction in the bill. Essentially gave us breakfast. Saying that the breakfast was mediocre. I would not normally complain about anything in a hotel, but I felt I had to in this one because it was such a letdown and we had a very very busy day with no sleep.

Area around the Abbaye felt unsafe.

Pleasant hotel with amazing sculptures and interesting art work.Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

Restaurant was rather cramped and some waitresses a little unsure of what was on offer… not enough training or too few staff.

Need to include up to date directions on booking confirm. Town Centre had long term roadworks so sat nav useless. No mention of this when rang reception earlier. When rang reception around 21.00 there was no answer! Bad start.
