Good customer service

The sheets and blankets reeked of body oder. It was disgusting. The room also stunk.

Clean and warm. Lovely big bed which was comfortable

Claustrophobic and only space for very thin peopleShower hose had a hole in it so water drenched the whole bathroom as shower curtain was inadequate No staff..had to use another hotel for any assistance Hard to book in by machine in the dark. The ticket was hard to translate in the wind, cold and dark to find the room.It all reflects on the price, which was a few euros less than a proper hostal

Uncomfortable

The door to the room did not close as the lock was damaged. The receptionist warned us it was faulty but not that was unlockable. Result a night of anxiety unable to feel secure.

Bad

Tried to charge twice for my room..could not contact anyone..was left with nothing ..had to find another hotel..they just don't answer complaints...avoid ..

I liked the simple room for two nights. Has the essentials and good for a night stop over. Friendly staff and warm inside.

The bathroom and toilet were together and couldn't use the toilet after the shower. Didn't have much option for breakfast but for the price it was good.

It was easy to check in using the 24 hour check in machine

The bathroom door didn’t lock. The air conditioning didn’t work very well. It was like a portacabin and so very noisy with doors opening and closing next door

Easy to get to and check in.

Air conditioning in room 5 was noisy and prevented me from sleeping. Also, because the check-in machine was right beside room 5, what sleep I did get was routinely interrupted by noisy guests arriving and talking loudly throughout the night.

You can check in without seeing any staff person

The door didn't close well, my mum hit her head with the upper bed because of no space to move properly

Position in relation to Autoroute. Very quiet.

Position of TV on wall very dangerous when using toilet st night.

Small box like room. Poor inefficient air conditioning. Uncomfortable bed with not enough pillows. Very cramped bathroom, made for tiny people.

I paid in advance to find that the premiere classe motel at mountauban was NOT OPEN. It was completely locked up. I am awaiting a refund.

THE MOTEL WAS NOT OPEN WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WAS COMPLETELY CLOSED UP BUT BOOKINGS.COM TOOK MY ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR THE ROOM and 2 BREAKFASTS. I await a refund.

Very small room, smaller than other Premier Classe hotels.

I had no shower curtain when I checked in. The shower head could not be attached to the pole. A light bulb was missing at the desk.

Awful!

The room was shabby, many cigarette burns in the bed cover. Hair in the shower.

Exceptional staff, really welcoming and efficient. Went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Rooms have been renovated since our last visit and are warm, cosy and clean. Comfy bed and nice linens. Bathroom is the usual 'Tardis' but hey ho, you're paying half the rate of any other hotel and the shower is hot and powerful. Excellent location for us, just off the motorway. Not far to the centre of Montauban for eating but we were tired so chose to eat at the Kyriad just a few steps across the car park. Excellent value for money, again a great welcome from friendly staff and added bonus of 10% discount as we were staying at the hotel. Could not fault it and it was a welcome and friendly end to a long day.

In need of updating

Batteries missing from smoke alarm, tv remote Batteries missing and had been swapped from another room.Door closed but, had large gap.

The price was good as was the location

Dirty towels left in room no clean ones also it appeared that the pillow cases had also not been changedManagement did sort it after complaining
