ibis Montauban

The hotel & staff were excellent - really welcoming, great accomodation!

Thought the evening meal (set menu) was a little under whelming - very small portions & presentation very uninspiring given the description on the menu!

This is a proper Ibis. Like they used to be before the arrival of the Budget and Style branded ones. All staff were excellent. The location excellent. The restaurant excellent.

Nothing - although tea and coffee making in the room would have been nice.

Unable to get evening meal and breakfast was poor . English selection bacon . Egg and sausage and was cold

Restaurant was ok if you like Italian food, not so for French

This is the second time when I have stayed here and I enjoyed it even though it was only for one night. The restaurant was open until late evening, which was a bonus as we could have a delicious dinner. The member staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent.I look forward to coming back again.

There is no glass or fresh water in the room.

Beds are not comfortable

Very convenient to Clinique du Pont de Chaume. Friendly staff, clean room . Italian restaurant served a good meal.

I really missed not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room Room was on the small side but adequate

Location, comfort and restaurant

Friendly team, relaxing bar area, on site restaurant, clean and comfortable, easy to find, free parking. The restaurant server was very friendly and we had a nice evening despite the comments below. Breakfast was excellent with non gluten and no dairy options.

Wasn’t advertised that the on-site restaurant was Italian - it said French, and we had booked dinner. Whilst the food was very good it really limited what we can eat due to a gluten and dairy intolerance which isn’t easy managed with Italian food and as we had booked half board this also limits the items you can order. Sadly no simple steak and chips which we would have had with a French bistro.

We checked in at reception and our half board stay was confirmed as such yet at the restaurant we were challenged and told dinner was not included and involved us having to prove our booking. Not a great welcome.

Perfect location near A20 road and perfect for access to Montauban. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good, very varied choice - fruits, cereals, breads, pastries, hot food. Evening meal good, reasonable choice. Room OK, clean, bed comfortable, good shower, basic toiletries.

Only one, universal, soap provided (for hands, hair and body...). Towels not the best quality.

Perfect location for access to Montauban and conveniently located right by the A20. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was OK with good choice, including hot food. Pleasant public areas. Clean. Price was good.

The hotel was good for the price but - reflecting the reasonable price - the rooms were quite basic - bed only averagely comfortable, only one seat for a double room and poor quality towels and toilet paper.

Bathroom was very strange, like a cubicle with a very unnerving flexing floor.Felt the hotel was pricey for the room standard compared to many others we have stayed at across France

Breakfast was excellent, Bar area was good. Two pillows is best.

Shower gel and conditioner?

very good public area, good bar and its prices, not huge breakfast selection but very good. Typical ibis hotel, very reliable.

the hand basin plug release mechanism is faulty. the plate of the toilet flush button is coming off

Easy to find. Friendly, comfortable stay. Would do overnight stop here again.
