Cons -
- More fresh fruit for breakfast
- It is located on a major thoroughfare. It is located next to a loud restaurant... and the bathroom was outdated and the bed was very very hard and uncomfortable.

Everything was excellent.
Clean well kept hotel with friendly staffBreakfast very good for Italy even had warm boiled eggs! Not clear when check in finished but phoned ahead reception is was still manned at 2225 when we arrived
Would of liked a second coffee at breakfast
Clean but very modestly equipped room, comfortable mattresses, tasty breakfast.
No mineral water, glasses or kettle in the room.View from the room.
Breakfast was fine and varied. Could hear people next door through the bathroom vent. Not very well insulated.
Staff were very helpful and cleanliness of facility was excellent
Was a distance from Castelsardo and no public transport or taxi service at night
Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean. Handful of choices to eat nearby.
Nothing specific.
The room was a good size
When we arrived there was no one on reception! The staff barely spoke English. The fridge wasn’t working and hotel surrounded by overpriced restaurants. The worst part was the breakfast .. no hot food just basic pastries cheese ham cereal ! You are better eating out but we advise not staying here
The place is beautiful and with a good view. The restaurant beside the hotel is amazing, food and the crew ?(can you please say grazie mille for the owner ?) The room was a really good and comfortable. The distance to the beach was short. The veg shop on the way is so good. Highly recommended. We might come back some day. Grazie mille ??❤️

Centrally located, private parking and a substantial breakfast make this a great hotel to spend a couple of days by the beach. Antonio was the perfect host with no request too much for him. Plenty of restaurants close by.
Attention to visitor support to book a restaurant and it even prepared a bag with earlier breakfast.
Price a bit high however we stay in high season
We liked that the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was decent, all in all it was good value for money compared to other similar options in the region. I especially appreciated the efficient and silent AC in the room.
I was annoyed with the room cleaning staff who kept closing the AC although it was set at a decent temperature and intensity and even leaving the balcony door open, which was not acceptable considering the safety of our goods. We paid for all the room facilities, therefore this is not ok from my point of view - we kept coming back each day to a very uncomfortable hot room. The check-out time was set too early (10:00 a.m.) considering the check-in time. The hotel was rather small, with no garden.
We recommend. Nice people, good beds. Clean rooms. Overall was good ?
They are next to a restaurant with live music till night. If you want to rest you will do after 23:00/23:30 pm.
This little 'road by the sea' hotel is extremely well tended and clean. There was someone on duty at all times overseeing the workings of the hotel and to ensure that the property rules were followed. This bordered on 'being watched', but I understand the need and desire to protect this business. The older gentleman who checked us in was not extremely friendly or helpful, but he was not rude. Our triple room (207) was large and immaculately clean; once the air conditioning caught up (from being off prior to check in), the room was very cool and comfortable. The breakfast service was well done and the girls working the shift were friendly and smiling. The breakfast spread was very fresh and the pastries obviously homemade. This is a solid three star hotel run like a Swiss establishment! A good value for the money.
While advertised as a beach front property, I feel this is a distortion of the truth . The hotel is on a road that fronts the beach (which drops down), so technically the beach is across the street. HOWEVER, on the other side of the road from the hotel is a VERY dense grouping of trees that you cannot see through, and behind the trees is a large building. All this serves to completely obstruct any view of the shoreline, except for small patches to the sides of the property, or a glimpse of the ocean far out to sea. Our triple room, 207, had a large balcony and sitting area facing the ocean, but there was nothing to look at except for traffic going by on the road in front of the hotel. In addition, because it faced west it was an oven in the late afternoon and evening, and was unusable with July temperatures (except to dry laundry- there was a drying rack provided).
The breakfast
If you sleep in front, in the weekend, plays a band live at the restaurant next door till 23:00.
The location, nice staff, cleanliness
Very clean
Breakfast was good, but there were not too many options to choose from.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable
Parking was a bit awkward
Room was clean, restaurant next door was convenient.
The sign out front was not easy to see. Parking under hotel was very tight.
