You have to pay extra for a parking place per day.The bathroom was very old and small

Well located on the north side of Sardinian coast, as a starting point to Castelsardo, Alghero, Stintino, Costa Rossa, Palau (for Maddalena Isoalnds) and Sassari. At least several trattorias/restaurants very close to the hotel. At least 2-3 beaches close to the hotel, including a sandy public beach 10 minutes by foot. Pretty spacious rooms, air conditioning very effective. Very friendly and helpful staff, including cleaning staff. Looks like recently renovated, so some things are new.

If you are a big person, some of the toilettes (next to/part of the the room) maybe a bit challenging to fit :) They are in general small, OK for average person, but a bit less convenient for larger folks. But its a minor inconvenience.

The staff and location was great.

In room you do not have a lot of space for your things, you can heqr a noise from other rooms and hall. The breakfast is every morning the same, you can not choose nothing else.

It was close to our final destination

No refrigerator, dirty bed sheets, no basic things like coffee makers or irons. The hotel is old and needs updating. It's nowhere near 130 euros a night.

Beach access from the property was amazing with an exceptional sunset view. Definitely a highlight. Staff in particular were so accomodating. They were great to chat to and went above and beyond for us!

Great location, on the beach. Good vantage point to explore nearby beaches.

Complete lack of facilities. There was no bar open when we stayed, even though this as advertised and we were told it hadn't been open all year. The outside areas were 'tired' and in need of some care - landscaping, tidying up, removal of rubbish.

The receptionist was nice and supportive. He did his best to help us find a solution. Without him, score would be even less.

We asked for a room with double bed, they gave us a room with twin beds put together. It was not comfortable. Each twin bed was not comfortable. The white lightening made us feel like in a hospital. Very small shower/bathroom for a 100€/ night. Parking is costly - 10€/ day.Room was kind of clean, but used and not properly finished (marks of paint on the wall and so on). We were supposed to stay for 3nights. After one night on twin beds (not what was confirmed by the hotel, they confirmed a double bed) and pain in the back, we kindly asked if we could go and only pay for the night we spent, as they sold us a bed they didn’t provide. The receptionist tried to help us by contacting his manager. She wouldn’t want to speak with us and we had to pay our full stay.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. During the check-in process, we had an unpleasant experience - they gave us a room that we did not reserve. I want to warn future guests to check carefully before making a reservation because the hotel obviously shows the same photos on the Booking platform for all types of rooms.We booked a four-bed room with two adjoining bedrooms, and they tried to accommodate us in one room with four beds. They responded quickly and gave us the room we reserved, but then another problem occurred. In one of the bedrooms, the air conditioner does not work, and since they could not fix it, they offered us to change the room again, that is, for two people to move to a double room. We accepted it, but there is also a problem in the new room. The canister in the toilet is so noisy, louder than the tractor.However, what left the worst impression was the behavior of the manager, who does not care about the quality of the service and who, in response to all our complaints, says that we can leave if we don't like it and that Booking is obliged to find us better accommodation. I don't know who edits the hotel page on the Booking portal, but it doesn't work well. They are convinced that a four-bed room and a four-bed room with two bedrooms are the same. Since we saw that we could not explain the essence of the problem to the manager and since she was very rude, we raised a complaint with the customer support, Booking accepted that complaint and refunded us a part of the money. The next day, the hotel manager tried to charge us that amount (because she received an email from Booking requesting a penalty payment, and she was furious). It was another unpleasant experience, and we spent half an hour explaining to her that we requested a refund from Booking. com portal and that we cannot influence their decision from whom to collect that amount.

Near the beach

Very bad ! Under renovation! Badly renovated! Like an abandoned place

Location was perfect, room was very clean and fresh, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly, especially lady at the reception (I do not know her name, she lend us the mat for the beach?).
