Beautiful Hotel, everything is well though. Very clean, great food and accomodations
Was just great
The pools. Close to Porto Cervo center with Shuttle
The Hotel is not considered 5 stars hotel in my opinion. I was shocked with the furniture! There’s no direct beach access, you have to walk long distance to the beach and you have to pay for the service there . By the way, it’s not one of the beaches that Sardinia is famous for! They need to learn more about customer satisfaction and how to deal with upset customers.
Fantastic view from the room and very nice location
The beach is worse that we expected, there is no appropriate service on beach and very high prices
First of all, whatever you see in the pictures is way better in real! My wife and myself were stunned by the beauty of the hotel. We have been welcomed by the manager of the hotel himself with a welcome drink. The rooms are just incredible and the breakfast choice and place are wonderful. On top of all, One of the most beautiful beach of the island is at 5min walk. The little town of Porto Cervo is only at 8min drive with stunning views and beautiful restaurants. We will be back there soon.
We heard our neighbors next door having fun in bed :) however not a negative point for everyone as it turned us on :)
My wife and I visited for 5 nights for our honeymoon during early June and loved our stay. Hotel itself was beautifully presented and expertly maintained with rooms being modern and spacious. We loved it as it offered everything we were looking for (pool, restaurants/bars, beach access) and at much better value compared to other slightly lesser quality hotels with fewer facilities that were right in the center of Porto Cervo. Service on all fronts was great; from checking in, to breakfast, the bars, restaurants and concierge services - everyone was super friendly and helpful. Location wise it's about a 6min drive to Porto Cervo and there are a number of restaurants within a 10min drive. We had a car which (in my opinion) is the best way to do it but they had a free shuttle service running into Porto Cervo a few times throughout the day. The private beach (Piccolo Pevero) was great - quiet, secluded and beautifully clear water with a small interpedently run kiosk for lunch/drinks. They have a golf cart running a shuttle service to/from beach but it's an easy 5min walk. You can also walk 10mins around to the larger main beach (Grand Pevero). The pools and hot tub were always clean and given there was 5 of them you could easily find some privacy amongst the surrounding gardens whenever you wanted it. The food from both their premium restaurant, bistro and poolside bar were delicious and good sized portions. Their bartenders knew their stuff and could deliver a range of quality cocktails - many of which using local Sardinian ingredients. Pricing was on par with what you'd expect from Costa Smerelda the area. Overall, amazing 5 star experience at a reasonable price.
Great views, friendly staff, great breakfast, great service. There is an amazing health track around the corner for a good run in the morning which is not really promoted but really worth it.
Pools were freezing - even the hot tub was freezing cold and in the shade
Great location right in the middle of Costa Smeralda, not far from Porto Cervo. Great facilities including the pool. Got a room upgrade and complimentary access to their beach (which you otherwise have to pay for a bed)by the helpful receptionists.
Wish had hired a car, as moving around by taxi can be very expensive (and not very pedestrian friendly), which is in keeping with the rest of Costa Smeralda.
Location and the pool, breakfast, terrace view of the room are awesome, and the reception staff is helpful
The showering are would leak water outside and make whole restroom wet, the bar closes too early
Location is perfect. We visited alot of Costa Smerelda over our stay and ventured in land too. Facilities, staff and food were amazing.
If I was being picky the swimming pool was freezing! Almost to the point where I thought they must've cooled it on purpose.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge and many went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
Location is slide to town but not at all walkable. They have a shuttle service but the times were awkward and cabs were outrageously priced.
very quiet and clean
the price little bit high
it was enjoyable
there was no wifi in the room. Not fixed despite promises. I gave up cpmplaining.
Very pleasant Hotel. Lovely grounds. Good staff
Pricey. And music at main pool was terrible
Clean Hotel, Beautiful Grounds
Terrible Customer Service from the Front Desk
good location , staff was friendly and nice
we got charged for 2 sun beds at the beach. we only spent 10 min at the beach. the attendant there didn’t inform us that there was a fee for using it . it was 6pm already when we got to the beach. it was 160 euros , when I wrote to complain they didn’t even bother to reply
Stunning location, excellent pool area, close to amazing beaches, tasty restaurant, super nice and helpful staff, great views from the room
If you are one of those lucky people that is either completely retired or has a job that lets you completely disconnect, then the Wi-Fi situation is just fine. If, on the other hand, you work in order to pay for lavish vacations like this you should bring your own satellite dish (starlink) because this internet is lower quality than the one I had in 1993 when I used a phone line to connect to AOL. It’s also possible that the Germans in WW2 had a faster system using Morse code. So to summarize, their Wi-Fi is completely worthless for anything other than a text message. Highly suggest the satellite or a family of obedient pigeons to send your mail.Next, let’s talk about the gym. Most hotels in Europe strongly support the development of diabetes by feeding us amazing food and offering no options to exercise. My girlfriend gained 5 kg on this trip as a consequence of these cruel and unusual policies. This hotel actually has a gym but it is case study in irony. Lots of space and lots of equipment that is really effective if you have not gone through puberty yet. The machines have basically one setting and unless you are 8 or 88 years old, they won’t be building any muscle. So why not actually put equipment that is useful? Oh yes there are some dumbbells that are potentially useful for small children to play with. Finally, let’s talk about the cocktails and overall value of the location. Each of the cocktails was priced as if they were crafted by mermaids, blessed by angels, and sprinkled with gold flakes. These elixirs of life, or so we thought from the price, were actually watered down mostly tasteless drinks where you could imagine the presence of alcohol but you couldn’t be sure it was actually present. The overall situation in this country is that you should be prepared to bend over real good once you get off the place and prepare for a good beating. You will do so happily because the views and beaches are spectacular.
