Such an uncomfortable hotel, horrible place. I was woken up multiple times per night due to noise even with ear plugs in. The rooms are probably 60 years old also

Some of the staff at the check-in were not very helpful in finding a laundry….even though 2 days later another staff member reluctantly found a solution to wash some clothes

The location is good, and the staff is very polite.

The room is really old, full of infiltration, mold, and stains on the floor. The A/C barely works. The shower is really tiny, and it was not very clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets smelled of vinegar.

The apartment was spotless, perfect for 4 people, and had everything we needed including mosquito repellent, blow drier etc. The fresh sheets and new towels every day were great.

The only thing that we thought could be made better was breakfast (coffee, Fruits)

Exceptional Stay at Dolce Vita Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful experience at Dolce Vita Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were spotless and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was clean and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality!

Unfortunately the AC was down and there was a festival next door which made it difficult to sleep with open windows. I know that was just a glitch they could not prevent but anyways the lack of sleep was not great.

The apartments are comfortable, spacious, and outfitted with everything needed to have an excellent stay. Sunsets from the roof of the main building were amazing.

Price is on the higher side, but I rented a 2Br 2Ba so that was probably the cause. If I were to be nitpicky, I wish the rooftop of the main building had a bit more shade -- it was very sunny. Also, wish the pool area had some drink or food service.

Lovely, beautifully decorated, small boutique hotel in a great location with comfortable rooms, amazing roof terrace/rooftop bar and charming pool area. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of variety - fruit, hot and cold breakfast items, juices, cereals and fresh barista made coffee variations. All the staff, whether downstairs at reception or upstairs on the roof terrace were incredibly friendly and service oriented. For lunch and dinner there are a good selection of restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally professional and kind staff (all, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and cleaning ladies). Absolutely amazing!The hotel is extremely clean and has very pleasant scent inside which my wife keeps talking about all the time.Very nice view from the roof top.Tasty breakfast with wide choices for everyone's taste (sweet and salty).Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious.Literally no weaknesses.We were even given free room upgrade (had balcony with jacuzzi).

Beautiful rooms and service! The rooftop is a great bonus with the bar and restaurant. Such a great location and beautiful view from the bedrooms, could not recommend enough!

Everything is amazing in this hotel! Where should I start? - Excellent breakfast to satisfy all the tastes - Very friendly and helpful staff- Beautifully decorated- Very, very clean- Big roof terrace with a stunning view of the bay, nice bar and jacuzzi - Nicely located - Did I mention the breakfast?

Had a four night stay and from check in to check out all of the staff were exceptional; happy, friendly and great customer service. We did not have the evening meal in the hotel but the breakfast and roof top bar were both great. The hotel has some great restaurants in walking distance but you would want a car / bike to get down to the Port.

Women rooftop bar was excellent hostess! Staff front desk were very helpful. Entire staff were joyful an made us feel welcome.

Wery well located in the middle of Costa Smeralda. Hotel is nice, warmly decorated. Staff is excelent.

The staff was excellent. Food at breakfast as well. Quality/price ratio very high, hardly you could find better here.

Some details (shower door not sliding, paint falling off in common spaces, slow elevator), but nothing too serious. The location requires you to have a car to move around.
