Staff could be much nicer when it comes to provide practical information about where to go and how to get to a place. Price is pretty expensive for basic services.

Very clean and well maintained. The pool was excellent. The location to restaurants within walking distance & the marina was convenient.

Breakfast was very average. We asked if we could just have coffee in the am the answer was no…. Only complete breakfast unless we wanted to wait until 10 am for the bar to open. They charge 10 euros for 2 towels to use at the pool. Bed & pillows were very hard & uncomfortable. Felt more like a Motel 6 w a decent pool.

The place is really great with spectacular views! We wanted to enjoy the facilities especially the pool but the weather was not nice! We loved the drive in the golf buggy to our room. The breakfast was fantastic.

Mosquito bites :/ The place has well taken care off lawns and trees but room was full of mosquitos and other tiny insects. We asked staff to give us some repellant and they said the room was sprayed but unfortunately it didn't work. Got lots of mosquito bites during the night. Otherwise place was fantastic! The staff at breakfast can be bit more cheerful!

Nice views from the rooms. Room was clean The guy driving the golf cart was really helpful and nice.

The hotel was very quiet, as it was out-of-season. The Rolex Swan Cup was taking place while we were there, which made eating in the local restaurants very convivial. It was a great place from which to explore the north-east, including Olbia.

We were charged for beach towels, which we got free (or with a returnable deposit) in other hotels.

The pools and staff was the best!!!

The whole room was really cold during night. And the level of humidity was absurd.

Clean and great location. Fantastic pool setup. Decent continental breakfast with good range of food, but not good cooked choices. Great staff who helped book restaurants and were always friendly. Daily room service. Rooms have fridge and safe and good aircon. Walkable local beach - get there early.

Beds were hard/over firm. Poor water pressure at peak times. Poor restaurant/bar menu for lunch and dinner and overpriced. Parking spaces challenging at peak times. Some reviews say it’s dated, but we found it typical rustic Italian - just perspective I guess.

Beautiful grounds. Pool area was very large, never felt crowded when we were there (not that we were there often). Room was spacious.

Beds were uncomfortable and rooms are very basic. Telephone in the room didn’t work, when I spoke with staff about - they responded as if they knew already.

So many things. Rude staff that lost our booking tied to blame us then processed to put us in a room that had an any problem - speaking about us in Italian thinking we didn’t understand as we are from Australia and checked in using English . Ants all through our room and luggage - no apology hardly given - no refund or partial refund offered. Then moved us to a room with two beds shuffled together held together by a fitted sheet. Th entire stay was hideous.

Be careful with booking this hotel. There were lots of ants in the room. They had nests of ants just above the bed. The photo doesn’t indicate the whole situation as it was taken after my sister cleaned the bed. They were crawling on us on the face during the sleep. We asked to move us to another room, they didn’t have a room and moved us to their 5 star hotel though.Breakfast was the shame for Italy. Just one Gauda cheese and one cake. The bar was super dirty inside the kitchen. And they just had frozen pizza

The location

Very dated and definitely not 4 star. It’s in desperate need of a major overhaul. For 500 Euros a night I was shocked at how poor value it was. The plastic flush on the toilet fell off and the large red plastic bin in the bathroom together with the bad smell, left me questioning whether it was even worthy of 2 stars. The walls are paper thin and the plug sockets are old and didn’t take European adapters. On the positive side, the staff were very nice and the location is great but this didn’t make up for the poor facilities. I was staying there for work but was surprised to learn that the pool towels were an additional cost of 5 Euros per day and water in the room 3 Euros. Spending as much as I did on the room I would have expected this to be included.

Location

Facility and bedrooms where out of shape. We had to change room as the one we were checked in had a non functioning AC and there was no natural light. Quality of the bed the bathroom, the floor, the towels and sheets was horrible and very cheap. The gym was not very clean and most times lacking of clean towels. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the bedrooms. The pool was nice but towels had to be requested every time to reception since they were not placed on the sunbeds as in every hotel we have been to.

Disappointing

They do not provide irons. When I asked for one I was sent to a special room for ironing and had to carry my dresses back and forth. They don’t have a concierge who can make restaurant suggestions or address queries. When I needed an adapter they suggested I go to the marina. There were no adapters sold there and after paying over 100 euros in taxis I was able to find a place that sells adapter. Bought one for 6 euros! Perhaps they can either have a couple of universal adapters available or be able to give the right advice on where to buy. The food was bad. The head waiter didn’t know how to smile, always showed up with a grim face. When I asked for options for a boat trip that stops in La Madalena they suggested a smaller boat as the better options (at double the price of the big boats. Turns out it is a tiny boat with more passengers than seats and there was no where to go but bake on the deck. Didn’t stop at the island and allow passengers to get off like the other boats I have taken in previous visits. Overall, the small things that make the difference were absent. Not sure why the property has such a high rating

Staff at front desk had no suggestion re driving to location of restaurant. Walk was short but up and down hills and no real sidewalks and not much along the way. Gym was not much.

The property is well located.

The room was old and. The bathroom was untidy.

Convenient location if you have a car, the resort garden and the pool area is well maintained. Relatively cheap for Porto Cervo and okay for an overnight stay. We appreciated it was possible to leave the AC on when leaving the room.

The rooms are worn out, the facilities would use an upgrade. Very tiny shower with low water pressure.Not a place I'd want to stay for a whole week vacation.
