Spacious apartment, not just a room. Bedroom is large and separate from rest of living space. Unit also has a large patio with view. Private beach just steps away. Very helpful front desk staff,. Breakfast available in a restaurant overlooking the water.

There is nothing I did not like, however these units are built into a hillside and guests need to ascend and descent numerous steps.

Unique and fun property with a lovely beachfront area. Free kayaks. Room was large and comfortable with a very useful kitchen. Great restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff.

Late September so some of the services were closed or limited. The spa was not able to give us a proper receipt.

Amazing view from the room and a nice little balcony as a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff.

You can't call an absence of iron a disadvantage really, so nothing.

The location was great- to Olbia for the airport, close to Porto Cervo, nearby hiking and the terrace.

The bedding was not the best. Extremely firm mattress and worn thin pillows. The couch/beds in the LR needed different kind of pillows as well. Just not comfortable to sit on.

The price-performance ratio was terrible. The location and cleanliness were good. However, this was the hotel with the worst breakfast of all my 4-star stays. I think the breakfast service should be removed.

Great location with free parking. Beautiful grounds and our room had garden view and access.

We could hear the people staying above us. They also charge €5 for a beach towel. No English translations for the menus at the restaurant.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful but English was not great. Beach was outstanding. The kiosk for food was very good.

Would like to have A gym, a pool, breakfast, more staff with better English.

Excellent room size. Facilities to cook, eat, and have breakfast.

The only thing is that lobby is quite far away and there are no phones in the apartment to communicate with the lobby personnel in case you have a doubt or need something. Also, they don't provide beach towels. They rent them per day and per towel.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The apartment was spotlessly clean, which was a big plus, but the decoration felt quite basic, lacking warmth. Breakfast was just so-so, nothing special to highlight. The view wasn't particularly good, and I found the service to be quite limited overall. The beach was decent, though not spectacular.This version provides a good balance of detail and conciseness, perfect for most review platforms.

The place was very comfortable. Our room was cleaned and tidied up daily. The staff were incredibly kind and always helpful.

Worst management

Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..including the manager who didn’t want to give me his name ( was working on June 16 2025 around 11:00 am)i went with my wife for my birthday booking for 12 days and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality, no parking, you have to go through under tunel and carry your luggage for long distance up on the hills Room they want to give us was not what we paid for it After we ask to change the room and give us the room we paid for it he threaten me with the police, and he charged me at check in 21.00euros and check out another 21.00euros saying is for city tax, I contacted booking where I booked thru them and they told me everything was paid I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.Consider me , dont go to BAGAGLINO I GIARDINI DI PORTO CERVO you will regret ruining your vacation

The property as a whole was beautiful, super spacious and with so much greenery and flowers. A really beautiful place to come home to. Access was super easy and the location was excellent too

It appeared to be that since the season had not started yet, there were some rooms that had not had the proper ventilation. Once was one of those. There was a slight humidity scent after all day of being outside and coming back to a closed room

Excellent stay with very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff!It must be a fantastic spot in summer — we stayed at the beginning of May and already loved it.

Spacious, clean apartment, very well equipped kitchen, and huge balcony with magnificent sea view (we even saw dolphins during our morning coffee on the terrace ?). Garden and outside area is also very well maintained. Nice small private beach with sunbeds and a bar was really convinient when weather was unpredictable.Very good value for money in low season.

I really liked the apartment very spacious I will be back next time for a longer visit.

The stairs were an issue but it was fine after.
