Beautiful property, large rooms and nice views.

The stuff can be more friendly but their are professional. The cabinet on my bathroom was a little broken and stay opened so was a little annoyed while I used the sink.

The wifi is a disaster that is why I put a low rating for people coming from abroad a good wifi is crucial, I spent a fortune as my phone was constantly on roaming due to the poor wifi , the breakfast could very improved as the fruit was very poor we are in summer it was full of oranges and apples that nobody consumed and a few apricots that last 2 minutes as it is the only summer fruit. The hotel has a great view and the rooms are comfortable, the shower is tiny and the decoration in general looks old

The location is good very close to the best golf club , but the food in restaurants is quite disappointing very small quantity and the taste not good , better to eat outside

Beautiful lobby and hotel, room a bit dated, great location, pool tucked away from the wind (relevant to our stay) and friendly staff. The restaurant was very good as well.

Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located, close to beautiful beaches just 5-10 minutes away by car. This made exploring the area very easy.Stunning View: The view from our room overlooking Porto Cervo Bay was stunning, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The view from the breakfast area was also quite nice.Helpful Staff: The staff were polite and gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby.Plenty of Parking: There was ample parking space, which made things easier. The only small inconvenience was having to ring the bell to enter, though the exit was automatic

Outdated Room and Bathroom: While the room was clean, it felt outdated. The bathroom looked old and dark, and the bed and sheets gave off a “grandma’s house” vibe. A refurbishment is definitely needed to bring the hotel up to four-star standards.Poor Breakfast: The breakfast was very disappointing, especially for a four-star hotel in such a high-end area. The selection was limited, and the quality was poor. The coffee was also one of the worst we had during our stay in Sardinia.Limited TV Options: The TV had no streaming services like Netflix, and the number of English channels was very limited—only three, all of which were news channels. There were no options for watching movies or other entertainment.Difficult Exit to the Street: Getting out of the hotel onto the street was a bit tricky, as cars parked on the side made it difficult to maneuver, although this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Quite remote You would find it an issue if you didn’t have transport. You definitely need a car to get to beaches, restuarants etc

I loved the garden, pool and restaurant area. The views are amazing, even from the room I had.

The walkway from the room up to the car parking was dirty and there were puddles of water that you had to walk through.

Gorgeous view. Fantastic breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Many beaches within driving distance. High security. Free parking.

Air conditioning was not working well at all. They told us nothing they could do. So bad, we were sweating at night and could not sleep well.Pool needed cleaning in afternoon

Staff gave us an upgrade to a lovely big room with great bathroom. Pool area is great with sunny views of the bay below where you can watch all the huge yachts moored up! Generous breakfast with lots of delicious options.

Nothing really, all was very good. Place could do with a lick of paint if I was being really picky!

Location is good

Breakfast is dull with limited options, no iron available, and a charge for ironing clothes. Despite paying taxes and fees as per booking.com, we were double-charged.

Needs an upgrade / some investment. We had a small room and ants infested first night.Received lovely upgrade to corner suite above small pool - in the photo

4 star hotel. But overall good value.

Beautiful buildings, amazing views, very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the breakfast is bountiful. I loved staying here and would recommend.

Very nice view from the restaurant where we took a very good breakfast. Our room was just in front of the swiming pool unfortunately we couldn't use due to bad weather.Very close to Porto Cervo by car (around 10 minutes). Nice, relaxing, comfy and cosy hotel.

Lovely location

Attitude of the staff was poor. Had to ask several times for coffee at breakfast . Seemed very disorganised. Ordered a coffee in the bar and the bar tender went off and returned 15 mins later whilst I waited .Everything seemed to be too much trouble .Place needs a pool bar where you can order a snack at lunchtime. Eating in the formal restaurant meant showering and changing from the pool - far from ideal and relaxing .The position is lovely but up a long hill and quite remote . No restaurants in walking distance

The hotel was beautiful. Staff were very helpful. The hotel catered to my dietary needs (prepared gluten and dairy free options) which is extremely difficult in Italy! Very pleasant experience.

Great views & beautiful gardens.

Dated & in need of refreshment decor & furniture wise. Infinity pool was not working to full potential despite high season. Initial “sea view” room was not sea view, we had to walk across a shared terrace invading the privacy of the room next door to see the sea. After room change it was better.Transfers to the beach are charged per person per day despite it being the hotels own shuttle, then beach beds specifically for the hotel guests are an extra fee on top. Taxis cost a fortune regardless of short distances, the minimum fee is €45 for a 5 minute drive. Nothing is within walking distance.
