Grand Hotel In Porto Cervo

The only okay thing was that the hotel has beach access.

The staff was rude and had no clue at the front desk , hotel was run down and not worth the price. Beds weren’t comfortable and the pool was not as pictured.

Everything! The room we were assigned had a most fantastic view of the pool and the bay next to the hotel! The staff were very nice, and the servers at the pool bar were really nice! Lunch at the pool was so tasty. The beach is a short walk down the hill, and the bay is so clear with soft sandy bottom! It was off season, so a bit cool, but not so crowded. Breakfast was good also. It was our third trip to Sardegna, and this was by far the best Resort! 2 nice restaurants just a few minutes away in Porto Cervo, and you do need a car to get around. Parking was easy!

Sadly, the lovely pool was very cold!!

Great service, great food and beautiful property. The maitre d’ at the restaurant was especially accommodating to us during a fixed menu dinner event- we did not have reservations and we were not aware of the fixed meal plan for that evening. As we were not hungry for a full meal, he arranged for us to share a single fixed meal plan between two people (we were two couples). Wonderful experience at this hotel. Thank you!

The hotel is just amazing. It was so beautiful. Location is great. People were great. Giovanni was fantastic !!!! The room with sea view is just wonderful. I loved it.

Beds are hard and uncomfortable, pillows flat, hard, uncomfortable. The AC was right over my bed and it really bothered me at night. Seems like an odd place for ac hotel is quite old and seriously needs update, especially bathrooms. A lot of mold around

Location was good , with easy access to a nice beach.

The Beach Club Restaurant at the hotel initially refused to allow us to charge our lunch to our room. Only after some discussion did they reluctantly agree. The beach club manager was unfriendly, repeatedly moving us from our chairs, claiming they were reserved, even though they often remained unoccupied. When we mentioned that we had booked through the reception, the manager dismissively responded, "I’m the boss here." Overall, it was a highly unpleasant experience.

The breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering plenty of variety to start each day. My room was spotless, comfortable, and far from “dated” as I had read in some other reviews. In fact, everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and inviting.The views from the property were simply exceptional—absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The location is perfect, close to all services, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds changed, and fresh towels provided every day, which we greatly appreciated.I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Porto Cervo. It’s the kind of place that stays in your heart long after you leave. We all had a fantastic experience and will cherish the memories forever.

The only small downside was that the doors weren’t soundproof, so we could hear other guests passing by at night.

You definitely need a car here. Not much in walking distance. Beach was a hike and costly for lounge and umbrella. I would say it’s over rated and extremely overpriced I would not return

It was modern and very confortable with proficient staff. We loved the Pool and hotel facilites. The room was superb.

The Beach access is very limited and having to Rent chairs seems not right.

The reception was not helping us they are super busy and no room services and nobody is picking the phone

Breakfast was good

The breakfast was exceptional, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the pool area and lounge areas were the best part to enjoy the view. Great pool chairs too and so peaceful!

The pillows and duvet on the bedding could use a refresh

The pool, the view and the beach close to the hotel are great. Breakfast was excellent with variety of food.

Avoid having dinner there as it is expensive compared to near restaurants and the portion is very small and not so tasty.

Beautiful pool and grounds, clean and comfortable, large breakfast with many choices and ate outside on covered patio. Great place to stay. Easy to go toward marina for restaurants.

Would have preferred King bed or at least 2 queens instead of 2 twins...I am a big man and barely fit on bed.

The room we have had a Nice view. The bathroom was new, very clean and looked great. The room was small but we have a little backyard situation which was great. There were several little jacuzzis/pools that looked rundown and old. The main pool looked good. The beach is very close by however paying between 45-60€ for the lounge chairs is outrageous… but the beach was lovely. The gym is nice it has everything you need to workout on a trip they had pretty new and expensive machine, sadly no one looks after them as the only 2 machines they have for legs could not be used they were already rusty and broken…

Most of the staff was very professional however during breakfasts there were a couple of young staff members acting like there were no guests speaking between them and giggling which I didn’t find was up to the standard of a 4* hotel. You could sense that most of them were over it since it was the end of the season and they were just not as invested as I think they should have been. Breakfast itself was extremely basic. There was only 1 coffee machine which everyone had to stand in line for which was annoying. The bar at the pool only offered toasts for food. Nothing else… the music at the pool was played from youtube and a little stereo speaker…

We liked everything! Warm welcome, friendly staff, nice clean room, good breakfast, lovely location and pool area, short walk down to a beautiful beach! What more could you ask for ? We were pleased with the location slightly outside the main expensive Porto Cervo Marinas.

The room was really dirty very old medival! It was smelling very bad. The curtains were dirty they have not been washed at least for three years. Cushions were dirty. The bed was really uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet quality and hygiene of the table will make you cry!!!
