Green Park Hotel

The location, staff, breakfast, facilities were all amazing!! Chiara, Nando and Emanuelle made all the difference for good :)We look forward to be back and have already recommended it to family and friends!Thanks for being so kind :)

Locally central right in the heart of Capriccioli , close to great beaches-beachclub and restaurants and just off 15min ride to porto cervo , hotel with a good decor ,pool ,heated jacuzzi , nice garden outside where you can have breakfast and a parking spot just in the front ,rooms spacious enough with a nice wiew and balcony

I have to say that breakfast quality and assortment is great and very good !! But Breakfast pick hours where only one team member can't cope with the guest request and the refill of the buffet ,however was there at the very end of the summer season

Nice quite location

The service was horrible. we arrived at the hotel reception and they told us to go to an other hotel as the hotel is closed. we went to the other hotel 30 minutes drive, that they told us and discovered that the price of the rooms are cheaper but we never got a refund of the price difference. The breakfast buffet was full of antz. The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and the aircondition was very noisy. Will never stay again in this hotel.

Location close.to.so many beaches. All walking distance so we saved up those parking charges. The ambience was very nice. They have a lot of greenery around the hotel. Breakfast was good and the server was really nice. Receptionists were also incredibly nice. We had a table and chairs outside the rooms.

Bed and pillows were disappointing. Freezer was dirty.

Very clean. Very cosy. Loved the interior of our room. We had a cute terrace. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Loved that they had real oranges that you could make fresh orange juce from. Easy parking access. Great location. Overall nothing bad to say. We’ll be coming back here next time.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I am elderly, walk with a cane. They were exceptional in helping me.The location was perfect. My brother and his fiancee were staying close by in a very expensive hotel, but this hotel was in my budget.The room was huge, not just a double bed but a sofa as well.And the grounds were awesome.

There was NOTHING that I didn't like! Everything was exceptional.

Location and Staff were superior! The gardens outside were lovely.

This Green pool hotel is a Total disaster in all the aspects- especially disgusting bathrooms.

Very dirty and shabby bathroom with mould on the obsolete showers and tiles- i wanted to vomit when i saw it and didn’t risk to Enter the shower not to catch any fungus. We asked for babycot and didn’t receive it, although at the arrival they promised they would bring it before nighttime and they didn’t. The safebox was so old it only worked with a key you had to get from the reception and put 20 euro deposit in case you would lose the key- it felt like a terrible joke- especially that they didn’t have the key rightaway- they had to go search for it and we waited 1 hour for the key to be able to close the safebox. The air conditioning in the Room was so old it wasn’t even working, we were sweating the whole time. The TV had No signal so we couldn’t play any babychannels to entertain our baby- had to use our own iPad but the wifi connection was so wrak it kept crushing. The receptionists were not at all welcoming and rude, especially the elder woman who wanted to argue with us when we said we were not satisfied with this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s totally not worth the price it charges for the stay. Total disaster in all aspects and above all very shabby and obsolete. The water in the swimming pool looked so green and polluted we were afraid to Enter it not to catch any infection. It should be called the Green Pool Hotel. Total dissapointment with everything about this hotel. We only stayed one night at this hotel and it was one night too much. I wish i have never stayed there even for an hour.

Really nice hotel, close to the most beautiful beaches 15/20 min walking if you don’t have a car.Pretty good breakfast included, this year they started to make options for dinner as well, We tried it and the food was really good.Definitely will suggest to book this hotel.

Cleanliness, periodic sewer smell, power shutting off. The depicted pictures did not reflect the actual properties. I blame you as well as them for the deceit.

Location is perfect, in a walking distance to beautiful Capriccioli beach and just 10minutes drive from Porto Cervo. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of food. The waiter and all hotel staff were very friendly.Room is very spacious, with a big terrace, but couch coud use a bit od renovation or at least a new cover.Overall, very satisfied and I hope to return soon!

Mosquitos in the bedroom due to the windows left open before I arrived, and the hotel didn’t supply a mosquito repellent plug-in. These are very inexpensive and would be nice to have. Also the sign for the hotel is small and not easy to spot from the main road, especially when driving at night

Breakfast is the local style one. Friendly staff.

AC is not working. I doubt if it works in other rooms

The beds were HORRIBLE. I left there and my back ached for over a week! Would not recommend. They also demanded payment from me even though I already payed - said they were getting the policia involved.

The room was spacious and nice and I had a lovely garden. Despite the AC being old it was effective. The night manager was kind too.

The bin situation was confusion, the wifi was weak and they did not replenish water in the room which i would expect as a standard, and they did not have anywhere for me to change after I had checked out (not even a public loo)

There were no breakfast the first 3 days. We were 35 familyes who every morning were starving because there were no breakfast. I can't believe that this hotel is having 4 stars, that is encredibel.I have asked the hotel to pay back some of the money fore this missing breakfast, but ofcouse thet didn't answer me back.very bad behavior for a hotel with 4 stars.the hole staff group didn't speak english, what can you expect of a country in Europe ???

we came at 11 o'clock in the evening, and our room was not ready. The man in the reception was looking af Tour de France, and he excuse himself, because the room was not ready..... lousy behavior

the electric plugs are Italian only (need a converter and no good shops nearby without a car), the wifi is very unstable and in some rooms does not work at all, they do not tell you that at night there is a gate with a code (it’s written on the corner of the counter in the entrance but no one points it out when you check in). the staff are super helpful though, but a bit of system disorganization which requires their help

horreful staff ( we think thé lady was a bit homophobic as she complètely changed her mind when she saw we were 2 men she told us it was impossible to have dîner in the ara we had to insist 2 times before she acceptes to boon à taxi : 100€ to go to porto cervo and back all the hôtel looked atrociousall the staff we met were definitely not helpful
