Location, the Concierge, the bathroom

NO ELEVATOR! I was in the third floor which was a struggle as I have mobility issues. The walls between the rooms are paper thin so quite noisy at times. No shower gel or toiletries other than a bar of soap! Kleenex would have been good! Paper cups which fell apart and no coffee or breakfast the first morningA good value place for young people but NOT for old ladies like me!!!!

Great location.

Unfortunately, the hotel needs a thorough clean and some much-needed renovations. It is rather shabby.The receptionist was not comfortable knocking on the door of our room neighbors to ask them to secure their shutters, which were banging in the wind very early in the morning.

A convenient little hotel in the heart of the Old Town of Le Lavandou. Convenient for the beach, shops, walking to St Claire and Faviere, etc. Efficient air conditioning made sleeping comfortable.

Some of the bathroom facilities could do with a little updating and some furniture on the balcony would have been nice.

The small double room would be better described as a large single. However, it was cheaply priced. The breakfast was good, including croissant, apple compot and yogurt. The coffee was good too. The receptionist works very hard and is very helpful. The hotel is located close to the beach and restaurants.

Size of the room. One side of the bed was jammed against a wall. There was wasted space being space used as a large corridor.

The room was more expensive, therefore larger and very nice. My one night stay was ruined by an unsociable neighbour who talked loudly during the night and early morning from 05:00 without a care for others. It was useless to complain as there was no employee present at the property at night.

only thing was check in time felt 1700 was a bit late but only a small point

The location was great, very close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable and I liked the decoration too.

Check-in can be a bit difficult if you don't speak French and because we were on the second floor it was difficult to take a suitcase upstairs.

There seems to be a trend where hotels add memory foam mattresses on the bed. I hate those mattresses much too soft in my opinion and always sleep poorly on them.

The hotel is close to the centre of town and only 200m from the beach . I knew I was going to get there early and Celine had my room ready for me by 10am .

Position very convenient

Room very small and not isolated from the noise. No elevator, old building, limited hours of reception. Bathroom very small.

No parking available, The receptionist was barely interested in communication, and eronniously charged too much for the room, which only was corrected when showing booking.com details.

Very nice in a very nice yard with flowers and light!

Great little room on a cosy beachtown with a nice view on the streets. The high building had several rooms and our room had a tiny balcony. From this balcony we have been looking to all people and traffic passing by.

A brilliant and comfortable place to stay. We especially liked the terrace which helped us enjoy a curfew supper, outside, in the sun. Thank you.
