Staff. When I sent the e-mail to ask about Taxi, she replied very quickly. E-mail replies were very quick. When I arrived, she was in the front desk, she was very nice and friendly.

Cons -

the location is handy because close to the train station but nothing much aroundCommunication was not great due to Bank Holidays which I would have expected a heads up since i dont live in France and didnt know but nothing major. Just a bit of stress she I arrived as reception was closed. Had to call through buzzer and received instructions then
if they put in room a parole for wifi ,this will be good
