Premiere Classe Rodez

A twenty minute walk from the railway station. A McDonalds was across the road. A good clean room with a TV, shower and air conditioning. . If you drive there it is beside the bypass. The WiFi was good.

When the office was closed you were supposed to be able to access your room using a code obtained at an automatic kiosk. It would not provide the code. I phoned about this. I went to McDonalds and when I came back the office was open early. When booking you can indicate when you are going to arrive. The room can hold up to three people but might be small for that number.

Excellent value for money. Comfy beds. Secure parking on site directly in front of room

Bathroom very small

Not fit for elderly adults or even normal people. Very cramped room can hardly walk within the room. The toilet and shower are so small can hardly move. We asked a room for 3 adults with 3 beds what we got 2 beds and a bunk bed not for an adult but for a child. The dinning room is smaller than the bedrooms for you to have breakfast. A Booking.com representative should go and these hotels before advertising on the web site. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this hotel as it is not a premiere class, it is a lowest class hotel.

Automatic check-in did not work, had to call 24 hour helpline but did manage to get into our room eventually.Lots if cigarette smoke/smell but for France wasn’t too bad!

Location and hospitality of the receptionist

Really small room

Very neat hotel in a convenient location. Small, but cozy rooms. Great location for an overnight stay. Near the places of interest, convenient and safe parking.

The email I received confirming the bookings and I would pay when I arrived but when I arrived they had already taken it from the card I used when I booked. Unfortunatly this was an English card so it cost me more as I would have paid in cash when I arrived

The hotel is very poor and the description on the website is fraudulent and misleading. It contrasts lamentably with the earlier hotel we stayed at in Clermont-Ferrand which was very good, and was the reason I booked again with Premier Classe when we visited Rodez. A big mistake!

The room was tiny and the bathroom hardly big enough to move in and lock the door. The room was a complete contrast with the good room we stayed at in Clermont-F. The room had certainly not been refurbished or redecorated in 2021 - more likely 1971! If you paid for that you were conned! The bathrooms was smaller than the standard Brittany Ferries room which only costs £40 and has greater comfort.

Good one night stopover to break travel. Restaurant and McDonalds both very close by. Breakfast average but overall good vslue for money.

Basic accommodation but ok for one night.

It was clean and convenient. very cheap. It was quiet at night and we slept well.

It is very basic. more of a truck drivers stop.

That you can check in via computer ( if you know how it works) outside the building. Luckily someone could help us at 1 a.m. in the morning. We came very late and office is only open till 20u.

Reception is close , the rooms is very small , bathroom too and in plastic. Sheets smells bad
