Hotel Biney

Fatima was so helpful and kind. She contacted me by email to ensure that my access to the property was smooth as I arrived in the middle of the night.I also had to leave early in the morning and even though she was very busy, she stopped what she was doing to help me sort out transportation to the train station. She also offered me a hot drink although it was not breakfast time yet. This was a lovely, clean, central location hotel and I will stay again.

The room was clean but quite old fashioned. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. It is very well located. Personal was fine

Hotel near to the Cathedral, the old town and the museum.In that area is not easy to find somebody that speaks in english but in this hotel there is Fatima that is very nice, kind and she always try to speak in english and make your life easier.Thank you Fatima!

The bath tub was little bit small.

good location to see the best of the town. very good restaurants.. with lots of choices of menus.Staff at the Hotal werwe exceptionally helpful and friendly

our room for a 'comfort ' room was rather small but was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and a good size.

Very well located for my purposes. Though the hotel was not staffed in the evenings, it was easy to get in and out whenever I needed to. The timing of breakfast generally did to fit with my timetable.

It was very hot and the rooms don't have air conditioning. However, there was a fan which was very good.

A clean, comfortable, small room. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

I was there two nights. The first night I slept maximum 3 hours because of the noise from the WiFi in the hall way. If I go to a hotel it is principally to sleep. I complained and they moved me to a room with less noise, but said all rooms were affected. There were none with no noise.

central location. helpful staff who recommended a nearby restaurant, la maison, which was. Rey nice.

very clean and well appointed.. No bar fridge.. as we were travelling we needed to keep some food and drinks cold..staff was amazing.

Perfect location for visiting the Soulages-museum. Excellent breakfast!

This is a very well run family hotel. Pascale was very helpful with restaurant suggestions & giving general advice about Rodez. The breakfast was generous with good choices. The hotel is in a quiet location beside all the tourist sites,restaurants & shops.

We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of Hotel Biney! The location was spot on and perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area. It was central but in a quiet location. The room was spacious and had everything we needed/wanted. Tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, toiletries and an electric fan! The beds were very comfortable indeed and the aspect onto the small front courtyard was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially with heloing us sort out a taxi back to the airport - nothing was too much trouble. I am hoping to come back to Rodez sometime in the future and will most certainly book Hotel Biney again!
