Fantastic smallish hotel, super clean, spacious rooms with balcony, fabs big bathroom. Full pet friendly which is deal breaker for me for I always travel with my dogs.Parking in front of the hotel, everything was clean, the staff was helpful, well behaved and friendly. The Restaurant at the hotel is quirky in design which I loved, the food was perfectly prepared and they have a nice Wine and beer list. I was there for one night, but am definitely coming back again. Highly recommended. Perfect value for money

We didn't like check-in through the machine, and it was a little challenging. We basically didn't see staff.

Breakfast was very extensive buffet style with eggs available cooked to order. Everything tasted great! Bar was very nice and welcoming with attentive staff who knew their stuff. Parking was easy and plenty of it. Will definitely stay here again!

WARNING for those who look for an easy overnight during the road trip!

We booked the room for one night for 3 persons. We arrived to the hotel 20;45. First disappointment - reception was closed despite the fact I called the day before and I was told that reception is open till 23:00. I have no idea how this is 4 star hotel and there is no working reception. We had to do the self check in in the outside machine. Good luck doing it in the freeze or when it's raining. After putting in all data we got out room card. We went to the room and we opened the room that was already occupied by other guest! Can You imagine this in 4 star hotel that some stranger opens the door in your room? Totally unacceptable. We called the number and Mr Peter came to try to change our room. He tried his best, but he was restaurant employee, so he didn't know how handle the reception. After 30 min receptionist came and he got a help and we got the room for our 3. Another disappointment - in the room there was no linen or towels for the third person. With Peter we had to go and collect everything from other room. So basically the room was not prepared. We had to prepare in a freestyle way basically by ourselves. Totally embarrassing situation. All this process took an hour before we could have rest in the room. And all of this after 10 hours driving. So my advice is to avoid this hotel as there is nobody at reception in case You need to solve the problem. And the fact that we got the key to the others guests room is is something that must not ever happen in the hotel. Of course we didn't get any compensation for the troubles., so the staff of the hotel is really at miserable level. Take all of this into consideration before You book your stay here.

The staff was excellent, Peter by the bar made it a blast to stay here.

In the room was very good the air conditioning and the system to make the room warm, it was possible to regulate the temperature of the room perfectly . Also to have a balcony was nice

Spacious room, comfortable bedding (separate duvets provided, not a single king size). Good location especially if you're travelling by car

We chose this hotel for its high cleanliness rating, however, after walking around the room with black socks for a couple minutes, we've discovered that our soles were completely white from dust. Even though the room appeared spotless at first. We arrived on Sunday at 9pm, there was noone to be found, check in had to be completed through a machine (outside, not for those who dislike cold weather)

Nice location, comfortable parking in front of the entrance, clean rooms with the balconies, easy check-in procedure with the automat, tasty breakfast with big choice of the meals.

restaurant closed very early (~8pm) on Sunday night, though they told me likely to be open till 830 (nominally 930 but there were no people)

Arrived at midnight where reception was closed. Check-in automat required input on "Agency". It was not clear it was booking agency that was meant. Wasted lots of time figuring out while being cold. Input should not be mandatory. Must be changed
