Pros +
- Room, view, staff, location superb.
- The staff took great pride in every aspect of the catering and the service; the quality of every meal was superb. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and clean, and everything was in easy reach of the hotel.
- Everything. Location, staff. Food was excellent, the breakfast buffet was to die for, as was the salad buffet every evening.
Cons -
- Buffet style dinner, limited wine list.
- No tea/coffee facilities in room, bar not always staffed but when it was it was great
- It would have been helpful for those not travelling with young children if dinner could end a little later at, say, 8.30 rather than 8.00. Obergurgl itself is rather quiet and lacking in shops.

Really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. We had 4 full days of skiing - very family friendly resort - many facilities and restaurants - will definitely visited again. Previously when our children were small we stayed at the Riml which is a fantastic hotel and now our children are older and more independent we felt that we should try a different hotel for less ££ and it ticked all of the boxes needed. Very happy with our stay at the Alpen Aussicht.
Lovely hotel, great location, good value, friendly staff and extremely clean

Excellent location, and a comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, who were very responsive and always did their best to fulfil our requests. Consistently good breakfasts and always very good dinners

Excellent family run hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Good choice of food at both breakfast and dinner. Comfortable rooms with nice view. Very convenient location for the ski lifts. We will stay here again when we visit Obergurgl .
Wifi was a bit patchy in the bedrooms
Wonderful staff, friendly and efficient! Spotlessly clean hotel! Fantastic location, so close to the slopes. Loved the breakfasts!
It was too warm inside.
clean and comfortable, half board was an excellent option!staff and owners were really friendly!
nothing to dislike.
Great, family run hotel. Very friendly staff, great breakfast/dinner menus. Easy access to the ski room. 2 minute walk from the Festkogelbahn ski lift, and ski hire shop is over the road.
The bed wasn't the comfiest, but that is just personal preference.
